Great location, it's found close to a bus station. The building is very comfortable and the rooms are heated with a double bed, a bathroom down the hall, a coffee.

Everything was very good, the staff were really wonderful and pleasant. Appreciated the room with its big window, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I loved that it was perfectly clean and stylish, the staff were affable and rooms were new-fashioned. My room included a kettle and a carpet. I had a particularly nice view of city. The hotel was in the very central setting so close to everything.

The large and airy room had all the necessary facilities, a mini-refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffeemaker. The view over gardens from the window was cute, truly enjoyed it.

This hotel offers incredible and stunning location near to Murrayfield Stadium, rail station and center and restaurants. The studio is en suite with a bathroom, a double bed and board games.

A very nice stay that lasted 5 nights. Overall clean place with lovely view over gardens. Fantastic location right across the street from the Haymarket tram stop, in the lovely area. Again, not far from Water of Leith Walkway. Variety of food at the great breakfast.

Overall the room is recently refurbished, modern and includes large windows, a kettle, and a carpet. The beds are comfy and the staff is helpful and excellent.

The rooms were well-maintained and en suite equipped with a bedside table, the seating was mostly sofas and bedroom.

Well, it was a really nice stay for one night. Location: the hotel was just next door to Haymarket train station, the centre and public transport. There was café The Club Sandwich, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

We had deluxe double room with a bathroom down the hall. The hotel had a very central location and it was near Escape.

The location is brilliant and strategic, 2 km from landscaped gardens. The venue is walk from a bus stop. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. A standard queen room with a large bed has basic facilities you need.

Our stay here was excellent, unique base for exploring Edinburgh. The room was neat and en suite and had a comfortable interior. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were amicable. The location was best possible, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Links.

In relation to the good price paid, it was brilliant place to stay with good service. My studio had comfortable chais and comfy chairs.

All in all it's fairly clean place, they have super beds. The location is incredible and stunning, in a convenient area. Furthermore, it's very close to a lovely hipster cafe at the end of the road, Haymarket train station and a tram stop and the airport.

It was fairly clean, and the people were accommodating and hard-working. You could leave a car onsite.

The stay here was REALLY REALLY NICE on a business trip. Had peaceful and brilliant location in the centre, near Escape. It was also very close to a convenient area, train stations and Princes Street, I loved it.

All in all everything was good, had a fairly nice stay for one night. Liked staying at the airy and elegant room with a double bed. Very central location of this brand-new hotel was a bonus. It was located in a great area. Good restaurant provided Indian dishes: D

Breakfast options where delightful. Our experience was great. We could visit everything we needed like edinburgh gin distillery as it was a short walk to the hotel.
