The room was good sized and stylish with lovely character, I felt comfortable there. The breakfast was savoury and delicious with danish pastries, muesli, home made ingredients, impeccable service. The stay was relaxing; nothing too much trouble.

A stunningly beautiful property, fairly clean, perfect and excellent location to the various events we had booked. Very amiable people working here. Beautifully presented and themed unit with lovely character.

The venue is fairly clean, with stunning and incredible location not far from the beautifully maintained garden, and the beautiful Pentland Hills. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Make sure you stay in the king studio with the view of the garden.

The location was super and brilliant, and we could reach Saint Mary's Cathedral by walking. Toast and granola were appetising and overall there was a wide array of food. The fairly friendly staff provided all the necessary info.

everything is clean and excellant. i have stayed in the king room with an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk. everyone who works in the hotel is affable and welcoming. it offers exceptional services and has an amazing and healthy breakfast choices. overall delightful food, plus there is the balerno inn restaurant close by.

An incredible base for our weekend, will be back. Bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer and slippers and a spa bath. The owner is best.
