Incredibly beautiful accommodation with amazing setting very close to public transport to town as well as with.

The location offered was perfect and incredible not far from a tram or a bus- straight, and the tram stop. Our room was spacious well appointed, provided with beautiful views of the fields, air freshener, kitchenette.

Everything was immaculate here - amazing friendly staff and bright rooms.

Magnificent location to Heriot-Watt University. A lot of food at breakfast like cereals and fruit.

Stylish hotel, huge rooms and amazing friendly staff. A small kitchen and a small mini fridge in the room, stunning and magnificent location. A wide array of brilliant food at breakfast time. Location next to park and ride, Close to the tram station and the airport & conference centre. Close to Edinburgh Park.

The staff are knowledgeable and fantastic, managed the parking onsite.

Incredibly comfortable facilities in general, excellent and lovely location in isolated area. Excellent service, plentiful and delicious breakfast with ham, beautiful views of the fields and bacon.

There was plentiful breakfasts with bacon, black pudding plus quality sausages.

With the help of the amiable staff, we had an excellent stay...

Great way to end our new year. Interesting place for 2 nights. Quiet and perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere. Plus, 10 minutes drive from The Airport Gallery. Absolutely gorgeous building and rooms with a super-kingsize bed. Lovely interior design.

The bright and well decorated room had a nice view. They served BRILLIANT cereals and fruit. The location was magnificent and beds were large.

Fabulous, bright units provided with blow dryer as well as beautiful views of the fields.

i had a wonderful stay in a long time. the place was stylish and beautiful and the staff were knowledgeable, the location was stunning close to city centre. location: the hotel was next to the conservatory which boasts fabulous views of the countryside and cattle on the other side of the fence as well as ride. i truly enjoyed the room, the bed was lovely. i was offered a sensational breakfast with amazing coffee prepared by my hosts. there was free wi-fi in all rooms and the service in general was excellent.
