Fairly clean and safe place with exceptional and incredible stuff. A kind of fantastic service. Great and decent location within walking distance of Georgian House. Found in a downstairs lounge area.

Clean hotel, very good breakfast, the location is excellent very close to Murrayfield, the town centre, and city center. No complaints, totally recommend it to anyone.

The very nice and courteous staff were happy to help, that's a big plus. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a great view. The bathroom was luxury, with toiletries and large towels. The service was helpful, the food was excellent.

Everything was modern, had a really good stay of four nights. Our hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable location within walking distance of Edinburgh attractions. Dined at Kwok Restaurant, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The weather was warm, had very very good stay for a short visit or even an extended stay. The staff were happy to help and provided local information. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to need more loo roll and bus stop, available parking and breakfast. Popped in The Old Bell Inn for shots before sleep, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

I have stayed here before and would stay here again. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was amicable, the grounds were impeccably clean. The venue was set in the central position so close to the bus stop, public transportations and Edinburgh center. Also, it was 3 km from Royal Mile.

Thanks to perfect and stunning location it took us 10 minutes to get to the bus stop. Make sure to get executive king room with spacious bathroom, usb plugs plus sherry all nice touches. The breakfast was tasty and marvellous, we loved plenty of meals.

Whole place was clean with great views; stunning location to castle. My executive king room was immaculate, really enjoyed it. Could use ironing free of charge, that's nice.

The hotel has brilliant location adjacent to the city centre, the Kildonan Lodge and St Andrews. Lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walk from Costa Coffee, offering food to go.
