The breakfast was delicious with a hot chocolate to die for and the pool was nice. We booked premium double room with nice touches like complimentary water. This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to the centre.

Gorgeous venue, excellent food, amazing location in the alley where glass was collected. Comfortable bedroom. Impeccable service and a garden restaurant onsite.

Had a special stay for 3 nights, glad I've chosen it. Liked the twin room with couch, strawberries, for instance I was given.

I had reasonably priced room with a large bathroom. Its location was excellent, short walk to the Baba restaurant which was excellent and all the important attractions.

Pity, but the beds were a bit hard, and views were extremely poor.

The location turned out to be great, really close to lovely shops and restaurants on George Street, restuarant and the castle, grassmarket street and the Royal Mile. Btw, it was not very far from Greater Manchester Police Museum.

The hotel was situated in the very central location to various attractions including the UNESCO protected site. Besides, we were next to the much less attractive restaurant and Lyceum theatre.

The staffs were knowledgeable & committed. Got the same premium king room with very comfortable bed booked online, appreciated that.

The location was marvellous and incredible, just next door to the Filmhouse on the Mon night, all the central attractions, and main sightseeings and dining, we were in a beautiful area and very close to a castle and a theatre. The staff team was mostly very friendly. Actually, the room was decent sized and extremely pleasant with bath, it also had wake-up service.

All in all, it was fine base for travelling to Edinburgh. Well-trained and responsive stuff at check-out, rooms where brand-new. The location was perfect, to the castle in 10-15 minutes! The garden restaurant for dinner was the best part. Everything here was very good, I would stay here again.

Luxurious good budget place, it has fab and easy location not far from enough to the town centre as well as Princes Street. Staff is attentive and you can park your car onsite. Would stay here again as they provided very good service.

Vacation base for a 2-night stay. Comforts of double room were fabulous - an individual safe, a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at Mayvn, located very close to the hotel.
