The hotel was in a central setting close to the Old Town. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, central heating and an iron.

Amazing, great location close to the Old Town. Not far from public transport and shops, the center of Edimburgh and the centre. Comfy room with a shared bathroom. Costs £ 20.

We were moved to a twin room with a bathroom. Loved nice design. The location was comfortable and perfect for Edinburgh, so close to public transport and shops, and Heathrow airport. Plus, main attraction such as a historic fortress was 2 km from this hotel.

The stay was quite comfortable. That was stunningly beautiful hotel set in quiet area, just off the town centre, the center and the Castle. The room we had included coffee and tea/coffee. Got very comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. Its location next to Drinkmonger was good and lovely. Good service was provided here.

Had marvellous and magnificent location close to everything.

I stayed for 4 nights here and had a very enjoyable time. The personnel was helpful as expected. The venue's position was central. I tried some drinks at cafe Hanks Sandwich Bar, located 5 minutes walk away. I loved the stay.

The setting of hotel was excellent and incredible, close to everything. In the evening we visited Bisque Brasserie it was nearby.

Everything was good, amiable staff made our stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient and perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy access to Edinburgh airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

Every time in Edinburgh, I choose this place. I would say it's superb base for staying and exploring Edinburgh. It has fantastic and amazing location in a nice area.

Had excellent 2 nights here. Rooms with a bathroom had a family atmosphere.

Wanted to explore Edinburgh and this hotel was relaxing base for doing it. The people were affable, will exceed the expectations. The bathroom in my family room was clean. It was functional, extremely comfy bed. Btw, the airport was 15 km away. You guys made my stay great!

It was perfect base for travelling to Edinburgh, I was glad to stay there.

The family room I got was included with a bathroom, a boiler, for instance. Its setting was great and stunning for everything I could possibly need.

The room was great value and spotlessly clean with a bathroom when upgraded. The staff were incredibly nice and knew how to help: D

The staff, everyone, was friendly. I was upgraded to an immaculately clean guest room with a bathroom. The breakfast offered a great selection of good meals.

The location is in a comfortable and absolutely perfect spot extremely close to everything. The hotel staff is friendly and exceptionally nice. The units are well-equipped, airy.

In relation to the reasonable price paid, it was stunningly beautiful place to stay with good service. As for me, the location was brilliant, just next door to public transport, the royal mile and other attractions and Heathrow airport.

this accommodation was in the central location in the city centre. there was burger nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel's position was marvellous, so close to Princes Street and the city centre.

I have stayed in family room with caved in mattress, TV plus twin beds for 2 nights. The atmosphere created was family.

There was a very uncomfortable bed.

The accommodation had a central location in the city centre. Besides, it was right by Edinburgh, the back garden and public transport and shops.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a calm area, short walk to many eateries, Edinburgh and a nice area. Accommodating staff that liked their guests. The vibe here was family.

I asked for queen room with twin beds and TV plus caved in mattress and they kindly provided it.

Everything was good, PEACEFUL location just next door to the fantastic city centre of Edinburgh, main attractions and shops, great experience. It also was to many eateries.

Central location was a plus. Loved our twin room.

We think it's a wonderful base for staying in Edinburgh. Regards to your receptionist. The restaurant was located within 500 metres.
