The hotel was clean and the breakfast was gorgeous. Got the same standard double room with all the basic amenities booked online, liked that. The service was good, the food was brilliant. The staff were diligent, the location was good and absolutely perfect.

We've stayed here before and liked this place. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and bagels, for example.

New-fashioned standard twin room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Ideal very central location, near plenty sights and hay market. Besides, excellent for visiting a publicly owned art museum.

Location - magnificent and lovely, near to Grassmarket and then the old town as well as the castle, the Royal Mile, and all the wonderful shops. Lots of plentiful and absolutely superb breakfast options.

Had a continental breakfast, found it to be delicious. My room was tastefully decorated and reasonably priced with castle views.

Breakfast for value. Nice location next to Grassmarket and historical centre, tram stops, and the road "Piccolino "; very early check-in.

The units are airy and soundproof on a comfortable sofa bed.

Was there for exploring the city, location was fab, really close to Castle great restaurants, Holyrood Palace, and Edinburgh in the future. Also, it was not too far away from Edinburgh Old Town.

Came here for 1 night with my friend, had a really nice stay. All of the staff was very diligent and patient. It offered me incredible location short walk to main attractions.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Edinburgh. Room was functional and nice styled, the place itself was fantastic. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a couch, a hair dryer, and coffee.

Its location was excellent and perfect and the staff were especially helpful people with excellent service by the staff. The breakfast had a wide array of good options, and was plentiful and delicious.

The room was good sized and offered all the normal facilities and a sofa set. The hotel had a very central setting easy to get to by bus from Waverley station. Btw, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historic fortress.

The place was well priced and beautifully designed, no complaints whatsoever, can just recommend. The hotel was spotless and had well-trained staff with excellent service by the staff. It was a perfect location for us, short walk to a supermarket, bars and shops and the Royal Mile and Grass market. Plus, landscaped gardens was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

The food was brilliant and the bar was cosy. The location of this hotel was good and absolutely perfect. Tried some takeout specials at Chaskaa Restaurant, luckily it was within walking distance of the venue. A bus station near the property was really handy.

The location was particularly good and the staff members were gentle. Our rooms were exquisite and neat with a free mini fridge, a comfortable sofa bed, for instance.

This hotel was located in a very central area short walk to many cafes/restaurants as well as pubs and restaurants. I loved excellent food.

Our room was functional and perfect little right on main rd window and the continental breakfast offered has variety of dishes. The venue was in a very central location just off the centre of Edinburgh as well as coffee shops. The staff was patient and attentive and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Liked the stay, it was wonderful for my return business trip. Lovely and delicious breakfast for vegetarians was a nice touch.

Very central location near many cafes/restaurants, the Old Town of Edinburgh and al the major landmarks, it was in a very quiet area. The room was airy and soundproof with slippers and tub £ 50.

Beds were a bit too soft in this place.

The standard double room we stayed in was brand-new and perfect little. Really enjoyed a reasonably spacious bathroom. The hotel had perfect and efficient location close to the main areas of Edinburgh, cute cafe's, and the princes street gardens. Very efficient service was provided here.

Our breakfast was enjoyable with bacon and hot food all cooked to order. The location turned out to be magnificent, just off the train station, Sainsbury and the Edinburgh castle, city centre and Lothian and the principal attractions of Edinburgh.

Had very central location convenient to many other conveniences. I checked out a historic fortress, that was set within easy walking distance of the property. I was offered a lovely and delicious breakfast with bagels and porridge.

The hotel had a nice position, to the venue usher hall & hay market. Everything was very comfortable, even so a few employees were not very friendly.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered was plentiful with hot food all cooked to order and fruit, as for instance, couldn't have asked for more. The room was beautifully presented on a comfortable sofa bed, I was happy about that.

The rooms are comfortable quiet and newly decorated and the continental breakfast offered has variety of dishes. The location is excellent and perfect, near the center and all that Edinburgh offers as well as The Golden Mile. The services are exceptional, including a nice pool.

Our room was airy and complete with a good sized bed, a magnificent bathroom, comfy chair. We were in a marvellous and decent location not too far from Co-op Food. It was located in a nice quiet area very close to Grassmarket, Royal Mile, and restaurants.

The restaurant here was reasonably priced for evening meals, we both ordered amazing dishes.

The room was nice modern with comfortable beds and castle views. The location was excellent and perfect, and we could reach Grassmarket by walking. Exceptional service offered in this hotel.

We greatly enjoyed this place, as it was the best hotel. Overall had excellent stay for one night. Had good sleep at the standard twin room with an american sized king size bed and a nice view plus most basic things. The location was particularly good, not far from restaurants and stores as well as cute cafe's and 2nd hand bookshop's and easily accessible.

The views were very limited.

The location is very central, so close to Edinburgh, local shops 3 minute walk and 15-20minutes walk to Old town centre and Castle great restaurants. There is nearby Nilgiri Spice to grab some food for the dinner.

There is bad smell in some places.

Excellent and decent location in close proximity to bus from airport, a carpark onsite. Plentiful and enjoyable breakfast for vegetarians, free hot drinks.

Location: the hotel was really close to sites, restaurants, and pubs, the main streets and pubs.

The location was incredible and prime - ease of access to The Links. Our room was spotless and huge with all facilities and the overall experience was excellent...

As for me, the location was magnificent and lovely, just next door to main attractions, and the centre of Edinburgh. After long day I visited The Tap for a couple of drinks. The breakfast was gorgeous and amazing for vegetarians, the food was FINE.

The location was marvellous in the great area. Standard twin room with great facilities was the best.

The location in a great area was marvellous and lovely and there were a local supermarket and local supermarkets nearby. The breakfast was gorgeous, such variety, with cereals.

The beds were very clean as were the pillows. The location was particularly good and perfect, close to everything, in the calm area.

Great place for a 2-night stay. Room was huge and that was excellent. Moreover, the free WiFi was available. The continental breakfast was the best.

Modern place, you know. We thoroughly enjoyed the good location and the staff was lovely! Customer service was great too.

Here we were so close to few of our favorite spots such as national museums of scotland. We loved the food and staff. 25 minutes drive to the airport...

All stuff was very friendly giving some tips about the city. Best hotel experience. Piccolino is just walking distance from the venue❤
