Stylish and fairly clean place, supper friendly and amicable staff from the lovely staff members. Lounge bar, nice cosy room with a quality standard shower room-toiletries, a very comfy bed and the beautiful decor. Good and perfect location for our needs, close to public transport from the centre, and Haymarket.

Very friendly staff and hearty and savoury breakfast with perfectly cooked soft poached eggs and coffee/tea and crackers that lived up to my expectations. The location was absolutely perfect close to center on great bus routes, I loved it.

The unit we got was spotless and airy with good decor, coffee and large walk in shower.

Everything was great, met the purpose, and the staff were courteous people from the lovely staff members. Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, room was fancy. This accommodation was in the central location in a beautiful old neighborhood with incredible stone architecture. We greatly enjoyed the honesty bar.

Ideal small hotel with reasonable value, we had a very nice stay. The room was a decent size and we really enjoyed an electric kettle and glassware. The venue took care of the amazing service.

As for me, the location was great and handy, next to Edinburgh for a longer visit, and the Airlink 100 bus stop. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food and complimentary drinks.

Fabulous hotel in every way with polite staff from the lovely staff members. Marvellous and fantastic location in a really quiet area, right by a good 30 minute walk to Princes Street/Royal Mile, bus stop which was handy staight into Princess St, and downtown for less than 10 minutes.

Had a really really nice stay on business trip, everything was excellent. When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with garden view, minimal extras, a real north american king bed was ready. The position of the hotel was good and perfect, to excellent Vietnamese restaurant.

The room I booked was great-sized and provided with the washing machine, sofa bed, for instance. I had cereal, pastries, yoghourt and cheese in the morning. The setting was unbeatable, short walk to Murrayfield, Tynecastle, Edinburgh Zoo, the Castle and old town, and city center.
