The venue is chic, overall clean and the location is particularly good near transport links and many good restaurants as well as the centre of the city close to the railway station and tram stop. The staff are superfriendly, we liked them. The breakfast is extensive and fine for diabetics, had lovely food. It is nestled in the heart of the town, minutes away from Gay Village. 300 metres are distance to the restaurant.

Reasonably clean and stylish hotel with a downstairs bar. Really big bedroom. Cosy atmosphere, wonderful views, large bed.

Stunning location on the footpath with 3 cases, particularly helpful staff, everything was really good. Dinner and breakfast food was outstanding. We got a brand-new and well-appointed room and very good service.

The location was unbeatable and brilliant: shops and a market were within walking distance. Was in a great area and close to cafés and bars. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise.

It had a marvellous and brilliant location close enough to fantastic restaurants, and all the shops right next to Harvey Nichols, st James shopping centre, and rounds the corner The Dome and Tiger Lilly. The staff was incredibly nice and consistently courteous, kept everything spotless and perfect.

Truly enjoyed it - the place is quiet and absolutely fabulous and suited me fine. The employees are exceptional and pleasant. They have complementary beverages in the downstairs bar.

I stayed in the room that was clean a fairly well maintained and available with a standalone bath. The staff were excellent friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Liked a decent size twin room with large bags, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location offered was good and unbeatable really close to tourist attractions, and all the shops right next to Harvey Nichols, st James shopping centre. Besides, the hotel was 1 km away from a combined museum.

I had 1 night in Edinburgh, spending the time here lovely. The room I booked was clean a fairly well maintained and available with fab shower, a coffee machine, comfy bed. Brilliant very central location not far from Royal Mile, and sightseeing. There was a downstairs bar.

Had 1 night in Edinburgh, spending our time here lovely. The restaurant here was good for both dinner and breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker and satellite television turned out to be good. The service was friendly with an early check-in. The location was great and the staff members were accommodating.

I had the double room, it was luxurious. The venue was set in the very central position right by local pubs, and Harvey Nichols. The lunch in Zest Restaurant next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.
