Everything is well-maintained here, had a fab stay for 3 nights. All the rooms are beautiful and lovely with good facilities and the staff are outstanding. A nice touch is also the tasty beverages in the downstairs bar.

The hotel was in a magnificent location very close to the restaurant for breakfast, train station and Holyrood Palace and Parliament building with Edinburgh Castle also nearby. We stayed for 6 nights here, loved Old Town district. Our rooms were a nice size and had a TV set, a lounge area, and coffee.

Convenient, fairly clean venue with unbeatable location next to Arthur's seat and Holyrood park, the markets and the shops, bars and restaurants.

It has huge stylish rooms, that come with the bathroom, good bed, the shower.

Brilliant food for a continental breakfast. Well laid out rooms with a lounge and an iron, comfortable beds. Location - perfect and excellent, next to TO SHOPPING, and The Palace of Holyrood, the Scottish Parliament, Arthur's Seat, and Dynamic Earth-thus.

The venue was in a very central location close to the restaurant and the Maître d' in particular, and the centre and the markets. Also, Clayton Square Shopping Centre was at a short distance. The room was neat and recently refurbished, included a lounge, armchairs, and a hair dryer. The staff was willing to help giving us information about places.

Early check-in, late check-out, brand-new room with chocolates as well as which was lovely.

The breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, with a good choice of meals. This hotel was set in a very central area just next door to many gift shops, restaurants, bars and places along the way, and Edinburgh city centre and the royal mile.

This was a fab stay in the winter. The room was beautiful and outstanding with large queen size beds, we stayed in all day. Essentials that you need, such as a lounge and an iron, were there.

I really good spend 1 night in Edinburgh. The breakfast was lovely and really tasty with freshly poached eggs and porridge, as example, and the restaurant was exceptional. This was my 2nd stay, they offered standard double room where the beds were n't made. Very central location was a plus.

The location is fantastic and they have parking on street. The rooms are comfortable quiet and newly remodelled with comfy bed, a bathtub, as for instance and the staff are top-class.

In overall, the place is relaxing, has incredibly attentive staff at reception desk and concierge desk. The breakfast is plentiful for our tea, had excellent food. The hotel had a very central position very close to Princes Street and Parliament. Besides, a Leith street was 2 km away from the property.
