The location turned out to be comfortable and handy, just next door to the outskirts of Edinburgh City Centre, the center of Edinburgh and places to eat. The employees were accommodating and immensely pleasant.

We liked rooms with private bathroom. The location was in a quiet and handy spot for our business trip. The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a lively area.

We thoroughly enjoyed en suite and reasonably large room with private bathroom. The location offered was magnificent near to the centre of town, the garden and 20 by walk.

The location was wonderful near University Campus. Moreover, it was right by the center of Edinburgh and 20 by walk, outskirts of Edinburgh, and local transport and things to see and do in Edinburgh.

Everything was perfect, had a pleasant stay on a business trip. Liked our rooms with 2 double beds & a single. That hotel was in a quiet location, in the Royal Mile in 10 minutes by taxi or 5.

En suite and reasonably large rooms come with extra blankets on bed and 2 double beds plus a lovely garden view.

The location was decent and incredibly comfortable in the Royal Mile in 10 minutes by taxi or 5 and met requirements. Besides, it was short walk to Lothian buses and local transport and things to see and do in Edinburgh. The rooms were a nice size, compact with comfy bed, ideal for us.

The rooms were compact and functional, included central heating, an iron, and a multi-channel TV. The hotel was in a good and incredible location not far from local transport, Lothian buses which ran frequently and Edinburgh airport. Besides, it was 3 km away from Edinburgh Old Town.

Nice place with immensely pleasant staff. Units up in the bedroom. A wide array of delicious food at breakfast time. Exceptional service, parking nearby. Great choice for business trip.

Location: the hotel was near restaurants and Pubs to the other and do in Edinburgh. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.
