The location was excellent, in the Duddingston district and next to a bus stop. Fantastic breakfasts with yoghurts and good coffee, as for instance, the staff were very nice.

Unique venue, delicious food, incredible location at a quiet residential area. Plenty of products for an absolutely fantastic breakfast. Welcoming staff interactions.

Had great stay for Edinburgh visit. The hotel's location was perfect, just next door to the Royal Mile, and Portobello beach. Besides, the place was around 4-6 minutes' walk from Thomas Cubitt Statue.

The room I booked was kept clean always and available with good facilities. The staff were very welcoming and amiable and the location was perfect to the Festival. I checked out a scenic park, that was set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

The staff are kind and lovely, managed the parking onsite. The hotel provides an excellent service. It also has great internet and secure parking.

The location was fantastic, 30 km to Edinburgh airport, perfectly reachable. Enjoyed the room with shower, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The breakfast available was lovely with juice, yoghurt, full Scottish or delicious omelette.

The service provided there was amazing. The room of the hotel was nicely equipped and spotless with comfortable beds, coffee plus good facilities. The breakfast had plenty of appetising food and drinks. All of the staff was amicable and very-very nice.

The hotel is unique with quiet atmosphere, the location is magnificent close to the beach-happy to come again. The breakfast is lovely for my diet, had appetising food.

I have stayed here before, its still a pleasant and quiet hotel. Fairly clean place, stuff was very nice and amiable. I had spotless, nicely equipped room complete with tea/ coffee, nice shower plus free view TV.

The staff were kind the whole time. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set in the room, appreciated that. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The suite we stayed in was nicely equipped with shared bathroom.

Some people working there were chatty.

The room was cosy with shower and safety measures included smoke detectors.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was incredible and sensational with big portion. Location: the hotel was right by Airport as well as the beach. And it's at a walking distance from St Andrews Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

Cosy and en suite room provided with tea or coffee.

The location was handy, not too far from Camera Obscura. And it was also close to Portobello, and the Royal Mile.

Its location within walking distance of St Martins was marvellous.

Great value and location is perfect! Wonderful base for exploring Edinburgh.

Thank you, you are dope! The rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. We liked our coffee with goodies at Coffee Drive. Plus, you can use the free parking.
