Modern and well-designed rooms on the tv screen, food fine.

The hotel is fantastic, the location is magnificent, the staff at the venue are affable. The double room is well-designed with fantastic iron, great bathroom plus a kettle. It takes 5 mins by foot to the bus stop.

Marvellous location for Edinburgh, near to Portobello beach, Grass market, Livingston shopping centre and Edinburgh zoo, and Haymarket.

I appreciated the hotel! The property was brand-new, spent my time lovely here. The location was marvellous, close to restaurants and a zoo. There was a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were all super-friendly, which was unquestionably a plus.

The location was marvellous and fab, to the Grassmarket or Princess Street, we truly enjoyed it. For short-orders there was The Good Catch, we found it close by.

Ideal location, Edinburgh airport was 0.5 km away. The bedroom was functional and nicely decorated.

The rooms were immaculate, bright and with fantastic iron. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location was great, in the shop and the interior design was modern. Its staff was approaching and personable.

Quirky place, reasonably clean, excellent value. Unbeatable central location, close to Portobello beach, Grass market, Livingston shopping centre and Edinburgh zoo, central Edinburgh and great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Besides, easy to get to St George's Hall Liverpool. Great value for money unit with twin beds. A functional decor.

Free WiFi, an iron and ironing board were available in my double room. The view was exceptional of castle. The hotel was in the central setting to the Grassmarket or Princess Street. Café The Pod Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Immaculately clean place with very helpful staff and amazing view of castle. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historic fortress. Positioned in the gorgeous area. Great value for money rooms, lovely stay for another night or time!

The staff are lovely and approaching and provide a brilliant service. I have stayed in the double room with free wireless internet access and an ironing set. A nice touch is also the warm beverages in the downstairs bar.

The venue's position was central. I truly enjoyed the proximity to the main shopping centre and shopping malls in Edinburgh.

Had very lovely stay overall, quaint place and the weather was sunny. They gave me a great value for money room with other peoples products, fantastic iron and the facilities.

Its location in Edinburgh was great, really close to Edinburgh Waverley, Portobello beach, Grass market, Livingston shopping centre and Edinburgh zoo and the Royal Mile and Castle. There was Fountain Cafe nearby, offering quick meals.

Approaching staff, exceptional room, in general I thoroughly enjoyed this pleasant hotel. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was lovely. The brilliant service and the attention to detail! Need to add that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property. I came here for 4 nights and had a really great stay.

Booked fashionable and immaculate room that was kept clean. Everyone we met from the staff was knowledgeable and flexible. The location was handy, just a short walk away from Co-op Food. Plus, it was not far from Portobello beach, Grass market, Livingston shopping centre and Edinburgh zoo, parks, and USB ports.

The room was soundproof and compact, we had hypoallergenic pillows. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was pleasant and personable.

Everything was really good during 4 days, loved its marvellous location near the airport, the Castle and The royal mile and coffee shops. Overall it was soundproof on the tv screen.
