Perfect, magnificent location in the gorgeous area. Very well decorated unit with nice bathroom.

The hotel was small luxury and unique in general, had very very helpful staff with even better service. Guest room was airy with comfortable bed. And there was a great view over courtyard.

We have stayed in this unique hotel for 2 nights, everything was very good, the location was amazing near the center. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with garden access. The breakfast was great value for money for what was on offer with a view of the garden. The provided service was friendly. Wake up calls and ironing were available for free too.

The rooms are modern and high quality, have feather pillows. The positives include great and lovely location and parking nearby.

We asked for single room and it was romantic with garden access. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, just off Cathedral, buses from the nearby stop to-and-from Princes Street and a 15 minute walk to Princes Street where the main high street shops are. Also, Georgian House was just 1 km away.

Beautifully maintained room with exceptionally comfortable bed, a coffee machine and a safe box. Wonderful atmosphere all around, good location right by the restaurants and other attractions of Stairbridge, Scotland for the first time and all Edinburgh sites.

Astonishing food for great value and delicious breakfast with a view of the garden.

The location was great for exploring this shopping area, right by a “ real Scotland “ and the main tourist attractions. Besides, Edinburgh Old Town was 2 km away from the property. The room was well-appointed and well-maintained and had separate bathroom plus tea/coffee making equipment and glassware. It offered a delicious continental breakfast with a view of the garden.

The place was fairly clean and exquisite, it had excellent staff on another member of staff. Had a high-class double room, which allowed us to enjoy lovely view of the garden. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, included a great shower and a jacuzzi bathtub.

The location met the needs, it was marvellous and lovely near to Stockbridge which offers a variety of nice restaurant options. Both rooms we booked were romantic and modern with the garden, an attic bedroom, as for instance, no complaints.

It was in a great and lovely location not far from the Rembrandt Exhibition and the Castle.

It was a particularly good location for us, just next door to easygoing, the Botanic Gardens and the Princes Street area, and Edinburgh, Scotland. Spent a nice evening at Taisteal, located just next door to the venue. The breakfast offered was great value for money with a view of the garden, couldn't have asked for more.

All in all, it's romantic place that has thoughtful and very hospitable staff on another member of staff. The breakfast is great value for money and delicious and the location is incredible.

It was clean, breakfast was great value for money. Magnificent location and overall the staff was attentive and friendly attentive. Btw, I was a 10-15 minute walking distance from General Register House.

The breakfasts were great value for money and delicious, always with a wide range of meals. The rooms were high-class and modern with rose petals, an attic bedroom, for example, I thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was very central, marvellous to the sunday market in Stockbridge.

Actually, the room was perfect and individual with a king size bed, it also had wake-up service. All the staff was accommodating, settled my issues. The location was enjoyable, for example, Co-op Food was just a short walk away from the hotel.

Enjoyed Edinburgh, the hotel was peaceful in New Town. All the staff were welcoming. The double room was luxurious with an attic bedroom and garden access plus internet. The stay was EXCELLENT.

If you want to explore palace of holyroodhouse, choose this place. Stockbridge Kitchen, where you can eat, is short way from the hotel. We would love to come back, thanks.

We were right by some of our favorite spots such as scottish national gallery. Took us 30 minutes to get to train station.
