The property was stylish and we had a really enjoyable stay. Very helpful staff and the location was nice. This hotel was located in a nice quiet area. Being in front of a bus stop was a bonus.

Our experience here was good! The comfort quadruple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was brand-new even with heaters off. A work desk, a flat screen TV, and a coffee maker were all available. The check in was easy, the staff was exceptional and accommodating.

The service was perfect in my opinion. Stayed in clean and absolutely fantastic quadruple room with facilities to make my own breakfast. The staff there were lovely and nice.

Its location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Chinatown was particularly good.

The service was terrific, that made the hotel charming old and stylish place. The setting was excellent and lovely, near 2 x tesco express, Haymarket, Edinburgh and Edinburgh Zoo and shops, restaurants and Haymarket railway station.

In relation to the excellent price paid, it was great place to stay with great service. The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to 2 tram stops, Edinburgh for 7 nights at No6 West Coates, and opening a shop nearby.
