The room was very pretty nice, good bed. Perfect and decent location close to the bus stops made it easy to get to key attractions. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Royal Mile.

It's absolutely great hotel, everything was good. The venue has great location directly next to a bus stop. Btw, its set in Newington district so close to Newington, and Edinburgh and Royal Infirmary. The atmosphere of the property is family.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the twin room with a bed smaller than a queen bed. The location was magnificent and good, close to buses to catch into city centre. Also, Oxford Street was 4 km away from the hotel.

the stuff was attentive from our arrival up until we left. walking to a bus stop from northumberland was easy. totally a good experience. 20 minutes drive to the airport.
