Loved how the double room with a kitchenette was arranged when we arrived.

Fairly clean and fantastic hotel with amazing view of the castle. Comfy bedroom. Comfy bed, outstandingly friendly team on a night shift. Marvellous location, nice quiet area, next to shops, dome and shopping centre, Close to castle and Edinburgh. Fabulous food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.

The hotel was perfect and fairly clean, its location was ideal away from main tourist areas, very good service. The staff were amicable, efficient. I loved having porridge, hot waffles, pancakes, fruit, and bacon in the morning.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, not so good views.

I ate at a relaxing restaurant for a good buffet breakfast. Plus it had a lovely view of the castle. The location was marvellous, 15 km to Edinburgh airport, perfectly reachable.

We ate in the good restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. The view of the castle was excellent. The location was magnificent, the rooms were normal double and stylish.

The rooms were contemporary, with heating, tea/coffee, and a kettle, exceptionally comfortable bed. Had very central location very close to Old Town.

The breakfast was comprehensive with pancakes, there were nice porridge, hot waffles, pancakes, fruit, and bacon. The superior double room was newly renovated, included a safe box, a mini refrigerator, and tea/coffee.

The accommodation was fantastic with excellent staff. The room was contemporary, a decent size and had facilities one might need. The service was very good, the breakfast was delicious and comprehensive. Very nice stay, we were there for 2 days.

Overall I spent my time really good. The employees where incredibly welcoming and exceptionally pleasant and offered good services. My superior double room with safe, milk and a very pleasent view was functional.

Astonishing breakfast at the Novotel what a treat - porridge, hot waffles, pancakes, fruit, and bacon.

The breakfast had outstanding choices, including porridge, hot waffles, pancakes, fruit, and bacon, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it. The room was airy and practical, had open bathroom.

The executive double room is new-fashioned with bath and shower, bottled water plus a separate jacuzzi.

The place was clean with an outstandingly accommodating staff who provide excellent customer service. I was here for 4 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for a good buffet breakfast.

It has fab location in Edinburgh really close to all tourist points of interest, all major shops, scenery, things to do, food places, bars, and many restaurants and other attractions. Go sightseeing and visit a historic fortress, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

We loved it. The breakfast was delicious and comprehensive, for food or drinks and reasonably priced. We spent 2 nights in normal double superior queen room with sofa. The location was great and decent, close to The Links. The area was nice quiet close enough to a concert st the Usher Hall and Edinburgh centre.

All in all, it's ideal place that has incredibly welcoming staff on the reception desk. I have stayed in the superior queen room with a safe, a mini-fridge, and a coffee/tea maker.

My top quality room was decent size and beds were comfy. The design was modern.

Attractive and fairly clean place offers astonishing breakfast and magnificent location easy to walk into the centre. The double room is new-fashioned, we also loved excellent views. The cost is £ 56. The staff are courteous and honest people with the manager to whom came out.

The location was marvellous and fab, and we could reach Odeon by walking. And the area was excellent, close enough to city centre and most attractions as well as the so called `` restaurant '' which looks. The breakfast was delicious and comprehensive, with delightful food choice.

This family-friendly hotel had exceptionally good views. The marvellous breakfast had variety of meals and the food I tasted was fresh! The setting of property was marvellous and perfect, right near Castle. Plus, it was right by the old town and the festival.

It was a nicely presented hotel in Edinburgh. Everything was really good, satisfactory breakfast. The stuff were pleasant and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Our double room was complete with a travel cot, the bathroom and walkin shower. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a plus.

This was my second great stay here and I will be back. Everything was good and clean, I loved staff and service. Every member of the staff was accommodating. The breakfast was amazing, had lots of food...

We had 3 nights in Edinburgh, spend our time here perfectly. The executive room had everything you need, heating, television and a seating area...

There was nothing I didn't like.

It met needs and we would love to return. The setting was within a walking distance of everything we wanted to visit, like scottish national gallery. Take a look at Royal Mile neighborhood, it's worth it: )
