The suite we had was well-organised. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, an ironing set, and an electronic key card.

Spotless, huge room with a safe box, coffee, and a hair dryer.

The breakfast was good and the food was well presented. We thoroughly enjoyed lovely and absolutely brilliant rooms with view over city.

We had really good 2 days here, recommend. The hotel was pleasant, and exceptionally clean, and the location was incredibly comfortable close to the Zoo. Liked how the suite with large comfortable bed was arranged when we arrived.

Booked a room with the window open. An electronic key card, a work desk, and tea and coffee making equipment were a bonus. The provided service was good. Every staff member was great and informative.

It's fabulous family-run hotel with brilliantly friendly staff. The setting is particularly good, near to both tram stations, the tram line, and tram system, good area.
