Magnificent and stunning location, it was close to a bus stop.

Great hotel with excellent service. Variety of good food. Great and fab location in the new area, really close to ocean terminal, a shopping complex with cinema, restaurants and shops, and Scotland.

I was given en suite and updated room. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges where available in kitchenette.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

I had a comfortable stay at this brand-new hotel. Most of the staff were very-very nice and courteous. The apartment was cheap with an additional bed and a hair dryer. The location was great and fab and beds were exceptionally comfortable. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was excellent. I greatly enjoyed 2 nights in this property.

The hotel location was nice and perfect to public transport which runs very regularly from about 50 metres from the accommodation. Furthermore, it was at a moderate distance from The Cavern Club. I loved the industrial-style building and brand-new room with lovely views.

An apartment somewhere in a bedroom has basic facilities you need. A special thanks to extremely helpful staff.

We were in Edinburgh for 2 days, had superb stay, the hotel was fairly clean with great and fab location right next to bus stop to city.

The apartment overlooks the harbour and includes a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom is ample. The staff are very nice and courteous, managed the parking on site.

Our accommodation was set in a central location near fish market or options, a bus stop which offered cheap and easy travel into the city centre and a great restaurant called the Fish Market best fish.

This good budget hotel is equal to 4 stars. Splendid views, and the location is peaceful and handy near Edinburgh, and centre. You'll need 20 minutes to walk to Dreadnought Leith with nice drinks. Location: the hotel was near to city centre, Edinburgh, and Scotland. Café The Haven Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
