The bed was extremely comfy and the room was charming little with modern decor. Separate bathrooms, that included a walk-in shower. Overall the service was good.

The breakfast was savoury, reasonably priced and with great views. There were very comfy beds and a balcony, a mini bar, and a kettle inside the room. Affable staff despite the best efforts of staff, and the location was beautiful and good.

The location was stunning and brilliant, on the coast! Moreover, it was right by the surrounding areas, the bridges and the Firth of forth and the bar/restaurant and great views overlooking the Forth bridges. The room with good views of the bridges.

This hotel had a super central position to bridges.

I had room with free safe for safety measures. The staff was lovely and great throughout the day. This was a lovely hotel with a central location on restaurant was very nice. I tried some drinks at gastropub Mercat Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

Make sure you stay in the classic king room with a view. The location is stunning and gardens are lovely. Its 5 mins walk to the centre.

The experience was perfectly pleasant, would love to stay here again. The hotel was beautifully appointed, I loved it, especially the sea view. Its location was beautiful, short walk to the bar/restaurant and great views overlooking the Forth bridges, the shores of the River Forth and many surrounding attractions. Besides, Staines Moor Country Park was 4 km away from the property.

Location - amazing and beautiful so close to the Samphire restaurant on Saturday night, the center of town, and the bridges, shops and the Ferry Fair Bookshop. A lot of food available in the restaurant.

There were good beds and a kettle and a sofa set in the petite double room. The location of this hotel just next door to the surrounding areas, attached restaurant which has amazing views of historic bridge and South Queensferry was stunning and amazing.

Though everything was very comfortable, some of the staff were grumpy faced.

Incredible small hotel, excellent views of a wall rather than the sea or the town. Absolutely perfect and immaculate units and lovely staff despite the best efforts of staff. A walk-in shower in the bathroom. Awesome and marvellous location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Harbour Lane Gallery.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had a superb stay. Beautiful and absolutely great hotel with a main bar, everything was good. The venue was in a central location next to the bay bridge, the restaurant with a beautiful view over the Forth and the shores of the River Forth. Also, the venue was just a pleasant stroll away from Dundas Parks Golf Club. The team provided a helpful service.

the hotel has a stunning and brilliant location, right at the waterfront. it's close to the forth bridge from the bar, the other restaurant, and the castles.

The property's location was great and fab, close to airport. The stuff where exceptional. I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for a relaxing lunch.

The location was stunning, at a short distance from Firth of Forth Bridges. The staff was lovely in managing every request. The breakfast was tasty and great with great views, with a lot of food.

Perfect accommodation with amicable staff members despite the best efforts of staff. A wide range of options for breakfast in the restaurant. 20 minutes drive to airport.

Functional great-sized rooms, they are provided with nice decor, which was worth the extra money, excellent facilities.
