The location was good as it was near a bus stop. The staff were ready to help, no complaints whatsoever.

The stuff has always been good. The hotel offers marvellous location to buses to city & Brittania Yacht Tour.

This accommodation had a central setting on a long street with a lot of supermarkets. The employees at the hotel were very very helpful.

All in all everything was brand-new, had a really great stay for a vacation. Greatly enjoyed clean queen room with three single beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Had new facilities, such as a TV set and coffee.

My double room was available with a TV set and coffee. The clean bathroom was a plus. Its location next to bars and pubs was great! Easily reached Punjabi Junction, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Had very very good stay for a vacation and the weather was warm. This was a great and convenient location just off the bus stop, pubs, supermarkets. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Royal Mile.

I loved staying in this cheerful and perfectly fine place. Everything was very good as expected, even so the bathroom was leaking. The very very helpful staff were ready to help, that's a big plus. The setting was excellent and nice, so close to sea, pubs and restaurants on Leith Walk. Leith district was worth staying in.

We thoroughly enjoyed being here. The hotel was cheerful, with magnificent location in the old town. The breakfast was great with jam, yogurt, cheese, and also the staff were all courteous.

I had a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom, bright room. Its location was central, 400 metres from St James. Close to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

My stay was real good for a vacation. The location was incredibly comfortable, the staff were ready to help. Set in good area, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel. Got extremely pleasant and tastefully decorated room with a shared bathroom when arrived, loved that.

The venue was set in the central position adjacent to Edinburgh, the bus stop, and centre. We could drink something at Cask & Still, located 1 km away.

all in all everything in the hotel was great. the entire staff were ready to help. we liked double room provided with bedside lockers, a shared bathroom, as for instance. had central location near the bus stops. a cool bonus was cafe praline, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The staff were ready to help, and always with a cheerful greeting. We enjoyed rooms with a shared bathroom.

It was worth its 3 stars. We had 3 nights in Edinburgh, spend our time here excellently.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met the purpose. When we came, the host met us and was HELPFUL. We loved the bed, it was super. Had nice dainties at Cassia, located next to the hotel.
