Spotlessly clean, good value hotel, the location was good not far from the City Centre and many key local attractions, Duddingston Kirk and bus stops.

It is a good value and fabulous property located in Duddingston district adjacent to the downstairs restaurant, city center, and regular buses which are very clean.

The room we had was spotless even with 3 beds in and the staff was very welcoming. The location was marvellous and easy, adjacent to the lovely shops along the main street, the City Centre and many key local attractions and downtown Edinburgh.

Excellent value and absolutely fabulous hotel, it was worth its 3 stars. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, for everyone's taste.

The room was very quiet, good sized bed. The food was brilliant, we liked the continental breakfast. The location in a fairly quiet area was unbeatable.

All in all, it was useful base for travelling to Edinburgh. I had fashionable and good-sized room complete with USB ports, an iron, lovely thick pillows. The attached restaurant for dinner was the best part.

Good service overall and parking on site. Good food for wonderful breakfast at 10.25.

The location of the hotel in Edinburgh is quiet, really close to shopping facilities, Edinburgh central and downtown.

The hotel's location was nice directly to city centre. Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Edinburgh.

The location is convenient and unbeatable, 3 km from an interactive science museum. 27 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a comfortable establishment. The staff in general is patient. The wonderful breakfast offers outstanding food: toast and fruit.

Affordable hotel in a quiet area very close to the beach in Portobello as well as the adjoining Beefeater restaurant. Very helpful people working here. Quiet room with 2 extra beds and an iron plus tea/coffee. Variety of food for breakfast including toast and fruit. Nice and perfect location, only a short distance to everywhere.

Stuff is patient and competent and you can park your car onsite. The location is quiet, 4 km from an interactive science museum.

Great way to end our weekend. Brilliant food for breakfast. Updated units in good condition. Excellant location for Edinburgh, adjacent to public transport in the area, Portobello, and bus stop outside.

Central location was a plus. Everything was perfect and within 27 minutes' drive of Edinburgh airport. We enjoyed rooms in good condition👍👌

The stay was absolutely really great. Clean and the staff was pleasant and really good. The breakfast had a wide array of options, toast and fruit. The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered hot dishes. The location in a comfortable area was good and there were a market and shops nearby.

We walked everywhere, the location was unbeatable, close to public transport. Further, it was just off downtown Edinburgh and the Royal Mile, the centre and taxis.

Impeccably clean and fabulous hotel, satisfactory breakfast. Updated and welcoming unit in good condition, efficient staff. Unbeatable and easy location to Meadowbank Sports Centre. Also - near to regular buses which are very clean.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Central location on public transport in the area. Also - so close to city center, Edinburgh and taxi.

We thoroughly enjoyed it, it was GOAT! Beautiful location to explore Edinburgh and superb service.

Noisy street! Very noisy room.

It deserves its 3 stars. Moreover, there was free Wi-Fi! Duddingston district is worth your attention. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Easy to get to portobello beach, Tesco Esso Express was also in front of the hotel. Excellent stay overall...

We had GREAT time at the hotel and would not hesitate to return there. Location within 2 km of palace of holyroodhouse.
