i really enjoyed the hotel, its clean room and genuinely helpful staff. my room included a refrigerator, central heating, an iron and ironing board. it met needs. the location was reasonable, for example, a royal park was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. the whole experience was comfortable, no complaints whatsoever, 100% recommend.
