Everything was simply good.

The room was big and offered a hair dryer, guest toiletries, and fresh towels, so that guests had essentials.

There were very spacious beds and a kitchen area and a storage inside the room. Its courtyard view and very very helpful staff were the key features!

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The staff was affable and very approachable throughout the day. The setting was quite excellent within easy reach of Edinburgh Old Town. The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a shopping area.

The units are fantastic, spacious with sofa and dining table. Nice touch to have central heating, an iron, and a flat-screen television.

It has wonderful and bright rooms with a fridge, an electric kettle, and central heating. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom is modern.

The room I had was a nice size with a shower rather than bath, bath, for example. My room included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

We had a lovely experience. This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Edinburgh, appreciated it. Booked a room with high ceiling. Generally everything was good, but the bathroom was disgusting.

Spent 3 nights here with my husband, had a fine stay overall. The hotel was in a central location close to shops. Also, it was 10 min drive from Saint Anne's Well. The staff were very approachable and accommodating and know their duties.

I had deluxe queen studio with windows overlooking courtyard and very spacious bed. The hotel had a central position close enough to the center and Princes Street and St Andrews' Square. Also, the distance to The Real Mary King's Close was just 1 km.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was bad.

location in the heart of the city was a plus. greatly enjoyed the suite in the pictures provided, wouldn't mind staying there all day.
