The property was ideal with excellent co-operating staff especially the French receptionist, I greatly enjoyed the stay. Particularly good and premier location, Edinburgh airport was 15 km away. Plus it was in a fairly quiet area. Double room included big windows, a kettle, and a toaster.

The location was incredible, close to a museum and a cathedral. Visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel was easy. The rooms were high standard and brand-new with separate bathrooms.

Tbh Wi-Fi signal was not very good, and the bed was a bit hard.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini kitchenette, a lounge area, and coffee inside the room. It was in a great and beautiful location right next to a zoo and eateries. The daily service was excellent.

Had a living room, a kettle, and a toaster in my tidy and airy room. The beds with feather pillows were exceptionally comfortable. It had marvellous location walking distance to a theatre and a palace. This was my fairly nice stay of vacation.

Relaxing and overall clean place to stay in, it has well-trained and very friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out. The hotel has a peaceful and handy location to a grocery store. Magna Hungaria, where you can eat, is not too far from from here.

The bedroom was great modern and brand-new. The bed was comfortable and there were a living room, a kettle, and a toaster to use. Unbeatable and nice location, it was close to a bus station. A museum and a cathedral were close to the accommodation.

Generally, the place was perfect and had efficient staff from check-in to check-out. We took a double room with large windows, a kettle, and a toaster, it was new-fashioned.

My studio suite was equipped with a living area, a lounge, and a kettle. The location of the hotel was handy, to the attractions such as to the Royal mile.

The room was exceptionally large and bright, had a mini kitchenette, a lounge, and coffee. The location was marvellous and lovely and the public parking was nearby. We truly enjoyed the surroundings that provided a hill and a park right next to the hotel.

The location was perfect and so excellent for getting around, as a bus station was close to the hotel. It was close to a museum and a cathedral where we were going. Having breakfast with cereals, pastries, and bread was a nice bonus.

Great place for discovering Edinburgh with well-trained staff from check-in to check-out. Outstanding cereals, pastries, and fresh bread supplied. Perfect and nice location in Edinburgh, short walk to the railway station and the old town, the business center with two computers, and hill to main shopping street.

Really enjoyed our studio suite with bathroom, sofa, for instance. The accommodation had a very central location to the centre on the last day.

The location was peaceful and handy, short walk to an office building, and the Royal Mile, the Edinburgh Castle, Hollyrood House, lots of pubs, restaurants, and so on and easily accessible. Sometimes I visited Earl of Marchmont in the area.

Comforts of studio suite in a double bed + single bed were fabulous. The location was marvellous and beautiful, I needed to be right next to business centres and office buildings. There was a great restaurant, a shopping street and a market next door.

The breakfast was very very good with hot options, mushrooms and hash browns, and the library bar was a plus. The staff were professional and competent in case of questions.

The suite is new-fashioned, we also greatly enjoyed fabulous views.

Truly enjoyed my time here. Had a nice stay during Christmas holiday, everything was perfect. The room was neat and airy, the location was magnificent very central. The hotel was also just 1 km from a historic fortress. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. It was in an original building with lovely view of the castle and mountains.

The setting was quite quiet and brilliant within easy reach of Greyfriars Bobby's Grave. Everything was really good and the staff were attentive.

Rooms are big and location is quiet. Really enjoyed the queen studio we had. Moreover, we parked on-site.

We visited such places as princes street that were so close to the hotel. We loved facilities and the food, the property had everything we required for our trip. The breakfast was GOOD there.

a well-equipped kitchenette was ok for us. this hotel was situated very close to tourist destinations like princes street. it was definitely 4 stars for us. 30 minutes drive to the airport.
