Very very helpful and lovely friendly staff, overall clean and ideal hotel. Standard double room with great facilities. An electric kettle, an iron, and a work desk in the bedroom. Magnificent location - close to restaurants and bars. Close to a bus stop.

The location couldn't be more marvellous and fantastic in quiet area. Plus, it was really close to a bus stop for Edinburgh centre. I booked a room with a large bed, tea and coffee making equipment, a multi-channel TV, and a study table.

It's a pleasant hotel, overall clean and in a peaceful and fab location. The rooms are neat and they have an electric kettle, an iron and a work desk. A nice touch is also the soft beverages in the downstairs bar.

We took a standard king room and it had an iron, a work desk and a multi-channel TV. Breakfast staff was very accessible. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi in public areas. Excellent base for exploring Edinburgh.
