Rooms & Suites Picardy Place

Everything was really good, had an enjoyable stay for two nights. It was in an excellent location opposite the train station. The restaurant was superb for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and gave some great recommendations.

The property was spotless with extremely friendly and amicable stuff. The rooms where themed and extremely pleasant with coffee, a kettle, and an iron. Had a REALLY ENJOYABLE time.

The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from The Real Mary King's Close. It is located opposite a train station. The hotel staff is wonderfully friendly and efficient.

The personnel was affable.

The location right in the heart of Edinburgh. Friendly check-in, exceptionally nice employees. Extremely comfy bed in the master suite, plus a kettle, nice big windows, and an iron.

The service was excellent and the location was marvellous. The staff was very pleasant in any situation.

Everything was good, the service was exceptional. The restaurant here was great for dinner, we both ordered awesome dishes. It had marvellous location with access to a restored theatre nearby. You guys made our stay great.

Big size units with bathroom and a rain shower.

Whole place was tidy with pleasant views; great location in comparison to the last minute booking availability in that area.

Had very enjoyable stay on Saturday the 11th July at 12 Picardy Place, the staff were amicable, location was incredible close to a Tesco express & a bank with a cash machine.

The units were well decorated with fantastic views.

It was new-fashioned, unique and than in my bedroom.

Expected that there would be lift, but we didn't find it.

The positives include lovely location and parking onsite.

Our superior double room was unique, luxurious. The location of the hotel was enjoyable - at a walking distance from George Iv. It offered good service and delicious food too.

Fairly clean and brilliant hotel in Broughton district. Spotless unit with a comfortable decor.

Fabulous food, excellent service and lovely view to the new town and the waters of firth. Early check-in, late check-out, accommodating staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our master suite. Modern interior design. Magnificent and enjoyable location to the airport or zoo, and spacious bedrooms. And close to John Lewis over the street.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Edinburgh, had much fun

Planned to see Edinburgh major attractions and it was good choice for visiting all of them.

our stay here was lovely, excellent place for exploring edinburgh. the staff were efficient and the rooms were fashionable. the location was magnificent, within walking distance of co-op food. hotel's restaurant was magnificent and with delicious food.

The location of the hotel was incredible and enjoyable - at a walking distance from an art museum.

Their staff were kind of rude.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location adjacent to pubs/restaurants and the centre.

Overall, it's fantastic base for exploring Edinburgh attractions.

I loved amazing food...

Separate bathrooms, that included a rainfall shower, were cleaned daily. Moreover, it had parking nearby.

the bed was comfy, and the staff was helpful. decor was fantastic. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. we appreciated to have evening drinks at the playfair, based nearby.

Friendly staff, great setting. A shower in the bathroom was a plus. The breakfast is lovely! While staying in this hotel, you can visit edinburgh castle, just 1 mile away.
