The stuff where helpful and excellant co-operating during our whole stay. The location of this hotel adjacent to shops and restaurants, the center and a shopping centre was absolutely perfect and magnificent. New Town district was worth exploring. Booked it for our christmas and had a great stay here.

The location was central, unbeatable near train station. Rooms with balcony had a family atmosphere.

The location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and ideal, walk from a railway station.

The room was huge with balcony, I felt comfortable there. The location was excellent, within walking distance of National Football Museum.

Handy location as it's and near train station, a shopping centre and Holyrood Palace. Make sure to get double room with balcony. The staff is excellent co-operating, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

The room was extremely spacious with a comfortable bed and a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. We had astonishing view of city. The location was perfect and a train station was minutes away from the hotel.

The location was perfect, you can visit The Real Mary King's Close by walking. Appreciated that it was set close to the Royal Mile as well as all attractions.

I greatly enjoyed how the hotel looked, great place. My double room with balcony was huge and clean. The friendly and amazingly nice staff accommodated all the needs It had central location close to The Real Mary King's Close.

A safe, a sofa bed and central heating were available in our family room. Kitchenette was ok for us. The location was magnificent for walking around Royal Mile. The staff was amicable, helpful, provided a family atmosphere.
