The hotel was not far from the Scottish Parliament as well as nearby restaurants and bars thanks to its quiet location.

Very good service, nicely furnished standard double room with the heating, large bed and the B level. Quiet location for visiting restaurants and bars.

Breakfast a little limited.

The staff are genuinely helpful and the room is top-notch with a variety of both.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals were savoury, I loved the very classy and best possible location right by art galleries and offices, restaurants / shops and Edinburgh skyline. My classic king room was a nice size and well-equipped with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was savoury with a lot of products. This was my really good stay for 3 nights at the venue.

Fairly clean place with amazingly friendly staff and pleasant view of the gardens opposite. Fantastic and beautiful location in the Newtown neighborhood and relatively quiet area. And a 4-6 minute walk from Hanover Fine Arts.

The rooms were well-equipped and the location was perfect very close to the centre of town. Plus there was a lake, within 20 minutes walk or so.

Particularly good location in a relatively quiet area very close to Playhouse theatre, and central Edinburgh. A decent size and extremely pleasant hotel units with beautiful views, good coffee, really comfortable bed.

My stay was really lovely here. I loved this wonderful relaxing place, stayed there for 1 night. All staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful and gave some tips about Edinburgh. Had classic room with a very comfortable bed and wake-up service was available in it.

Everything was fantastic, the service was welcoming. The location in a relatively quiet area was good and beautiful and there were a shopping area and the Christmas market nearby. There was Anima nearby, offering quick meals.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room with a shower, four poster bed and views over the park.

Their breakfast is cold, can be far better.

As for me, the location was quiet, just next door to the Scottish Parliament, enywhere else in Edinburgh, and the noisier areas of Old Town and George Street. Enormous breakfast with fresh eggs and yoghurt, for instance and the stuff were well-trained and responsive.

Stunning location as it's and so close to Old Town, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street and Garden, the Royal Mile, and Cowgate, the tram for the airport, and interesting restaurants or bars close by. New town deli with coffee & goodies is 200 metres walk away.

Really had really good stay for 3 nights. Overall clean hotel with responsive staff and peaceful location so close to great shopping museums galleries, Edinburgh by train and all main attractions. High quality breakfast, tasty food, reasonably priced.

Rooms are well-kept and well-equipped with a good desk to work at, great bathroom, as example, food is tasty. The VERY NICE restaurant for breakfast is a nice plus.

They gave us a classic queen room with good coffee, a great view, coffee making facilities.

The food was tasty - a great selection of options. In our romantic room with a nice design there were very clean beds. The hotel's location was central, near st Andrews bus station. Visited a few interesting places, including a grand townhouse, located not too far away from the venue.

We booked an a decent size and extremely pleasant room with a shower, everything was modern. The location was particularly good, walking distance to a private park and a hill. Had nice dainties at Tani Modi, located 4-6 minutes' walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was clean, there were superfriendly staff and savoury breakfasts. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom was huge. The location was magnificent, for example, Co-op Food was within walking distance of the property. You guys made our stay such wonderful!
