Easy to get to, unbeatable and excellent location really close to the city centre and lovely old pubs. Again, walking distance to Queen Victoria Statue.

I really enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. I had a just perfect 4-star experience here. Staff were supper friendly, room was big size and huge. The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of Sainsbury's.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was nice. The fairly clean bathroom and the rest was fairly clean. The staff was accommodating in managing every request. Its location was absolutely perfect and excellent, in an area with huge social problems, and in a domestic area. I tried some drinks at bar The Marquis of Westminster, located 5 minutes walk away.

Enjoyed every detail about my good 2 nights stay here.

The bedroom was brand-new and modern. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Quaint and clean place overall with magnificent location close to centre of Edinburgh. Located in the middle of the city, easy to find. Right by lovely old pubs, Princes Street and the new tram line.

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and truly enjoyed our choice. The hotel was newly decorated and good quality, the decorations were great.

The hotel was newly remodelled, it met standards, I greatly enjoyed its magnificent location near to Edinburgh Castle, good coffee shops, and Golden Mile. I had a perfect stay and will be back, thanks.

It was based in very nice boutique building in a great and unbeatable location, close to centre of Edinburgh. We went to Kukina, located a couple of blocks away from the hotel, to have some dinner.

It has a marvellous and handy location to go to the old town. The staff are accommodating and excellent, they keep the place fairly clean.

The hotel was in the middle of Edinburgh. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Los Cardos to relax and grab some food

We felt so welcome here and recommend the place. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a 16th-century palace. The hotel itself was in a domestic area.

My stay here was just perfect. Everything here was great and my room was compact. In the restaurant they served Thai cuisine dishes.
