The service was excellant and the food was perfect.

The staff were very courteous and amazingly kind, their services were impeccable. The location was marvellous, if you need to be walking distance to a castle and a palace. It also had private parking and was walking distance to brasseries and pubs.

Legendary place with consistently courteous and amazingly kind staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed, airy room with a glorious view over the castle and Princes st Room. A well-stocked mini bar, a dressing area, and a storage space were convenient. Perfect and enjoyable breakfast, impeccable services.

Absolutely perfect location, relaxing area, right by a mere 10 minutes walk away from the vast historical Edinburgh Castle, boutiques in New Town, and central Edinburgh, next to the train station. Warm breakfast with a wide array of choices.

The room was stocked, top quality with a view into the airshaft and the overall experience was really nice. The service was admirable, the food was fine.

Got to the bus stop within 5 minutes walk, as it has stunning location. The staff was motivated and enthusiastic.

The hotel was spectacular and clean with gorgeous views of Edinburgh castle. I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with include breakfast.

The hotel was 1st class and first-rate, we would recommend. The venue was reasonably clean and reasonably spacious. It was in the central location to the Prince brasserie where you will be presented with a variety of healthy breakfast menu options. Our room was brand-new and upgraded which was an excellent touch.

The hotel was in the best possible location not far from a superb Michelin restaurant, most attractions/ shops and Edinburgh for what we wanted it for. The breakfast was nice hot and delicious and there was a wide array of food to choose from.

The deluxe room I stayed in was brand-new with a view. The breakfast was good hot for vegetarians, and the food was good!

The restaurant was beautiful which has a Michelin Star, I tried delicious dishes. The view of the castle it had was unbelievable. The best possible location was just a walking distance from Omni Centre.

We would recommend this hotel, it was overall clean and first-rate. We had a really good christmas with good hot breakfast.

The classic double room is high standard with windows out to the front, good decoration, for example.

This was my very good stay for 3 nights. I went on a christmas and everything here was second to none. The location was perfect and excellent as for me, not far from the Number One restaurant and the center of the Royal Mile. Plus, it was great to be steps away from a spirelike Victorian memorial. I truly enjoyed the elegant-style building and my brand-new room with a view. The staff were friendly efficient and very efficient and the design was modern.

The breakfast we ordered was delicious and perfect. It was in a marvellous and brilliant location minutes from The Scotsman Steps. The train station was 300 metres away.

The location is central, very close to Princes Street and the Royal Mile as well as Edinburgh. Old Town district is absolutely worth visiting. The deluxe king room is luxurious and has a safe, a mini bar and a coffee/tea maker.

Such great stay, we were there for 2 days. The location of the hotel was brilliant and top - not too far from Royal Mile. Furthermore, the area was great.

Not so friendly staff!

Everything was amazing during 2 days, loved its incredible location just next door to shopping centre, Princes Street and the Royal Mile, and the railway station. A cool bonus was The Cafe Royal, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. Could leave our car nearby. Was a good home base for christmas.

The rooms are perfect and delightful for an extra £50, everything is great. The hotel's staff is welcoming.

right by royal mile. it was definitely 5 stars for us. located in 25 minutes' drive to the airport. we would recommend as we really enjoyed balmoral.
