It was in a central location, so near to the centre of Edinburgh. So glad that wheelchair accessible room with good views, coffee plus the wonderful Christmas decorations I booked was available.

It has magnificent comfortable rooms, that come with magnificent view over the Firth of Forth, a great bathroom, a canopy bed.

It was fairly clean, everyone was amazingly efficient and fantastic friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable with good vegetarian options, juices plus toast, liked what was offered. The service was very good, I had 6 nice sunny nights here. They offered wake up service and ironing for free too. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, tO ALL MAIN AREAS.

Place was fairly clean, everything was very comfortable. The staff was highly efficient and excellent friendly, created a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast available was wonderful and delicious with juices, fresh fruits plus toast. The service offered was very good.

The staff were extremely unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.

This accommodation had a central setting to the city attractions. Plus, it was good for exploring Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Marvellous and stunning location in an area where I felt safe to walk around and quiet atmosphere in the whole hotel. Besides, very convenient to Liverpool Central Library. Luxurious and huge room with good quality coffee, a safe, and a lounge area. Incredible and lovely breakfast and absolutely fabulous views over the new town.

All in all everything was very comfortable, had a real good stay for 5 nights. The restaurant here was very nice because of the menu we had seen, we both ordered appetising dishes. Castle view was absolutely stunning.

The room was modern and recently refurbished with lovely view and a Sofa plus giant windows. The location was magnificent, in the restaurant where the staff were brilliant, in the very luxurious area.

The staff was unobtrusive, the room was bright, everything was nice. The restaurant here was good for breakfast, we both ordered warm dishes. Exceptionally comfortable beds, good quality coffee, a safe, and a lounge were a nice touch. The service was excellent with a quiet atmosphere.

It had a quiet and ideal location next to restaurants & cafes, living rooms / bar and Princes Street and many cafes bars and restaurants. The staff were especially helpful and exceptionally attentive, as I could only expect.

The rooms with beautiful views across the Old Town towards Fife, a great bathroom, for instance were well-appointed.

Stunning, fantastic location in the private gardens opposite. And right by central Edinburgh, which are easily a walkable distance away, and many cafes bars. Overall a great stay of 3 nights.

Great and fab location, the private parking was available. Furthermore, the area was very quiet. I ate at a nice restaurant because of the menu we had seen. Good quality coffee, a safe box, and a lounge were a bonus.

We walked everywhere, the location was excellent and ideal, close to everything. Further, it was so close to the most popular areas of the City, and Edinburgh's more touristy areas.

The restaurant was great which serves excellent food and has an extensive wine list here, I had warm dishes. The view over city to the sea was exceptionally good. The staff was super plus the location was super and charming.

Came here for christmas, had fabulous 6 days overall. The rooms were stunning and neat, were equipped with a great view, a super comfy bed and a good-sized TV.

It is a peaceful and delightful property located in West End district next to the main shops, city centre.

The property was special, offered top-class and impressive rooms. Everywhere there was fairly clean. It had central location close to La Vida. Plus it was in a lovely area. The service was all in all very good. Our christmas was fine, will be back.

Not always friendly staff!

Actually everything was great. Polite and courteous staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. Central location of this small hotel was a bonus. Besides, the area was great, next to a comedy club. The food was delightful and fab, enjoyed it.

This hotel was comfortable base for exploring Edinburgh, really loved it.

It deserves its 5 stars. We loved the excellent location and the staff was polite. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. For dinner, we went to Kristoff Koffee, it was a couple of blocks away the venue.

Rooms were good sized. Edinburgh zoo is just a short distance away: D
