Super big bedroom. Top class made-to-order breakfast with hot options and hotter ingredients and family atmosphere. Great and fab location short walk to town centre, castle, the restaurant at night and the train station for two day trips and Highland bus tour area, quick check-in.

Unbeatable and brilliant location next to many restaurants and pubs and cheap shops, I felt safe. Bruntsfield district was definitely worth visiting. The food was reasonably priced and the breakfast was satisfactory.

The location was relatively quiet and absolutely wonderful, in such quarters.

The double room is exceptional with comfortable beds, a big three part window, for instance. The breakfast with the W arm food instead of buffé and healthy options, for instance is good for what is offered.

The service was fantastic and the location was great and lovely. The rooms were unique and airy and the bathrooms were renovated.

Thoroughly enjoyed this enchanting accommodation with nice and courteous staff on the reception desk. The very very good breakfast had a wide array of meals and the food I tasted was perfect. The hotel was placed in the very central location to Grassmarket area of city.

The property was immaculately clean and original. I really enjoyed the room with the bunk beds, the bed was very clean. Its service was very good.

We booked extremely spacious and updated rooms with Castle view, a settee, for instance. The hotel's location was great and brilliant, short walk to a pretty areas, a bus stop outside which was easily accessible, and the main tourist sites Good bus services to Rosslyn and Museum of Modern Art.

The hotel is fairly clean with a lovely design and based in a nice building. It has outstanding employees.

Marvellous location in Edinburgh not far from Edinburgh-Kings as well as the airport. And a minute walk from a traditional theatre.

The excellent service and the attention to detail! Had the option to leave my car on street. The location was great and brilliant for me as it was close enough to Old Town as well as bus stops and which numbers to get into the city.

Magnificent very central location not far from a beautiful park right in front of the hotel, cafes and restaurants nearby and Castle and Princes St. Had brunch in the Akva, located nearby. The breakfast offered was lovely with a wide spread of options ranging from a full Scottish to coffee, the W arm food plus croissants, couldn't have asked for more.

The hotel's location was very central, close to Center. The room I booked was n't been cleaned or re stocked of coffee etc which was disappointing and available with a very comfy bed.

Overall had fantastic stay for 2 nights. It was in a marvellous location near the train station for two day trips, the castle, the train station, the Princes Street Gardens, and the Royal Mile--what more and the restaurant attached to the hotel, which was wonderful. Fast food restaurant Mcdonald's was located 5 minutes walk away.

I ate at an exceptional restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Stunning location and overall the staff was very polite and polite.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were superbly friendly and amazingly kind. I was offered a room with pleasant views of the castle. The service was friendly, just like I expected. The hotel had a very central location close enough to enjoy everything. Moreover, it's just next door to the Links park as well as good for Morningside. Appreciated the attached restaurant, where I had dinner.

The hotel served top quality breakfasts in the restaurant. We had quick check in and the rooms were silent with bathroom provisions, huge comfortable bed plus coffee.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was original and impeccably clean, had fantastic views, convenient location opposite a park. The rooms were pet-friendly and brand-new, and the bathroom was luxurious with bathtub. The staff was genuinely professional and well-trained and delivered very good service.

The room was not only tastefully decorated, but a nice size too, and had a hospitality tray, coffee, and a safe. The location was convenient and handy, close to a bus station. The very good service and the attention to detail!

The hotel is in a marvellous and amazing location, close to a bus station. There is café Cuckoo's Bakery, set 400 metres walk away. A double room with comfy bed has basic facilities you need.

The restaurant is a nice base for the made-to-order breakfast. The location of the hotel in Edinburgh is brilliant, adjacent to the Meadows and centre of Edinburgh. Its worth staying here and exploring Bruntsfield district.

Our double room was decorated in the luxurious design. The location was unbeatable and pleasant as it was close to a bus stop. Had nice dainties at Cuckoo's Bakery, located a short walk to the hotel.

I have just returned from a brilliant stay in this great budget hotel, double superior and en suite rooms. It has a fantastic bar and competent and patient staff.

Had fabulous stay for 2 nights with fabulous staff and unbeatable location to princess street. The food they offered was incredible, had a great selection of meals. Besides, my parking was onsite.

We appreciated this hotel, including its great location and atmosphere. Its location close to restaurants and bars was quiet and easy. The staff team was professional and hard-working at any time. The in-house restaurant offered delicious dishes, and the breakfast was savoury and delicious.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was fine. The staff was competent and well managed and provided information on restaurants and cafés around.

The setting of hotel was brilliant and handy, near the meadows. Further, it was near restaurants and Princes Street and a very nice area of Edinburgh.

Morning meal food was excellent. Morningside district won't disappoint you. We could easily get to Curiouser and The Retreat Thai Spa was very close to the hotel...

We liked staff and the food here. Would happily return.
