The Conifers

We really enjoyed a fairly nice stay at this hotel and would like to stay here on the next trip. The whole building was fairly clean and had a quiet atmosphere. We took a twin room and it had central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making equipment. It was spotless and easy to move around, shared bathroom.

The staff was accommodating, as well as host.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel was good standard and overlooked garden.

Beautifully decorated and well-appointed room with coffee and a mini-refrigerator, and very clean bed. Easy location, near Leith Walk. Btw, near a tram station.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, sensational breakfast with a lot of choice, easy location in the centre of Edinburgh. The well managed and very very helpful staff all round. Public parking nearby provided. The fast check-in.

There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was fabulous. The location right at bus stop to city center was perfect and easy.

Helpful service, gorgeous room with mini fridge etc, welcome tray of tea, for example. Marvellous and brilliant location for visiting a zoo and pubs.

All the facilities are clean, fairly clean hotel, its location is magnificent convenient to most attractions & handy to bus station. The venue's staff is affable.

The rooms with TV, clean towels and quality furnishings.

A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Large bedroom👍👌

The service is helpful, includes free parking.

we think it's a fantastic base for staying in edinburgh.

We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the garden. 20 km to the airport. Besides, we had free Wi Fi. Brilliant place for 5 nights.
