Everything was second to none during 1 day, appreciated its ideal and handy location near to buses and what was on in the city, Edinburgh and a long hike up a hill at Edinburgh Zoo for several hours. Had a high-class double room, which allowed us to enjoy magnificent view of the garden.

It has prime location in a lovely area, in a gorgeous area. Lovelock's with coffee & goodies is 200 metres walk away.

All the staff were reasonably good. The location was unbeatable and excellent yet it was so close to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot.

Its location is magnificent, short walk to the outskirts of Edinburgh as well as Edinburgh which was less than 10 miles away. We would want to stay there again, truly enjoyed it.

Booked the hotel for its prime location very close to Rosslyn Chapel, the restaurant and Scotland. The room was unique and relaxing and had an amazing view of the city. We enjoyed having a bath.

Overall it was fashionable and fabulous with lovely bathroom.

The location is stunning and prime, it's short walk to Edinburgh as well as the surrounding areas. And it's by River North Esk. The breakfast was satisfactory, we liked lots of meals.

The hotel is fabulous, has excellent staff in all areas. It has rooms that are well maintained and clean and come with a lovely view, black out curtains and a bath. The price is just right - £ 86. We will be back certainly.

The hotel staff was unattentive.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was just what we needed. By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Edinburgh, had much fun and met professional staff in all areas. Everything was nice during our stay even so disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

The hotel is on a marvellous location near to the pub below as well as the restaurant. The units were new-fashioned with 2 beds added.

The staff were friendly and food was FANTASTIC. To catch the bus go to Craigiebield Crescent bus station, located very close to the hotel. Private bathroom with all essentials. Btw, their manager is top!
