Check in was quick, hotel was original, locations was good in city centre.

Our experience here was fantastic. The breakfast selection was incredibly nice with Stornoway black pudding. The service offered was first-class. The location was marvellous and brilliant there, to a garden sitting area.

Really lovely building, great and beautiful location close enough to Playhouse, John Lewis and Omni Centre, the center of everything, within a mile or so of the castles and Royal Mile, and numerous great restaurants, bars and shops and Playhouse theatre.

It is in particularly good and fab location to a retail road, set just a walking distance from the hotel. And it's at a moderate distance from downtown.

Really enjoyed staying at the signature king room. Everything was excellent, the staff were very polite. In general the service was first-class. Plus, I was able to park the car onsite.

We were in a hurry and didn't try the buffet breakfast. The location was perfect and convenient, near public transport, and the city center, in a very nice area.

The service is first-class with public parking available and reasonably priced meals. They offer spotless, airy rooms with big bath, views over Calton Hill, for example.

The room was airy and spotless, had smoke detectors for the safety. We had full Scottish breakfast, it was sensational.

The staff were highly professional and friendly professional and the restaurant was wonderful. The rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new, had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The bed was best, and it was convenient to have an electric kettle and glassware.

The location was marvellous, next to the restaurant which we thought would n't be very relaxing a 6am in the morning! We had a deluxe twin room and it was nicely furnished with a great view, a complimentary bottle, as for instance.

The room was spotless and well-designed with a bathroom was the size of a nyc studio, the staff were amazingly nice.

The team provided an accommodating service. Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with a double bed, every comfort, for instance; everyone is welcome here. The location to the Brasserie with wonderful views was marvellous and incredible.

Delightful fairly clean hotel with brilliant service and gaden views. A wide range of fresh food for full Scottish breakfast. Phenomenal location to the The Playhouse. Just next door to Sherlock Holmes Statue.

Make sure to get signature king room with the snug and great views plus the balcony. Outstandingly accommodating and immensely pleasant staff here on reception well done Matthew along with excellent service at bar and breakfast.

The location for Edinburgh was good, just off bars and restaurants and city centre. Spent our evenings in nearby Pickles enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The location is marvellous to the Playhouse theatre next door. It has efficient and knowledgeable staff members in the snug whos service.

Reasonably spacious & clean hotel, its location is marvellous and good right by malls, also Princes Street, and the shops, bars and restaurants.

Their breakfast is overpriced, can be better.

The hotel's location was phenomenal, next to all the attractions from there, everything, within a mile or so of the castles and Royal Mile, and the Playhouse, Princes Street, train, tram and bus links and other visitor attractions in Edinburgh. Had brunch in the Slug & Lettuce, located nearby.

The hotel is top-class and impeccably clean, has unbelievable views on a castle. Its location is ideal and convenient, next door to a cathedral church.

It was a terrific experience. I had an airy signature king room with a glorious view of the garden.

This great hotel had a very central setting on the roof garden at night. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Edinburgh Old Town.

Overall had great stay for a night. The location in a central area was marvellous and incredible and there were shops and the Christmas market nearby. There was lots of pubs and restaurants nearby to try. I really enjoyed that the hotel was walk from the train station.

It was a terrific stay at the weekend. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and everything was excellent. The hotel had a very central location and it was minutes away from Edinburgh Waverley. Had complimentary drinks in the main bar.

Make sure you stay in the signature king room with the view of the garden.

The service at this brand-new hotel was very good. A nice size and well-equipped rooms were brand-new with balcony. Generally everything was very good, nonetheless the bathroom was very small. The staff was very efficient and amazingly helpful all the time. Had an exceptional breakfast with Stornoway black pudding, liked the meal.

Had ideal and convenient location so close to everything, quite a walk from a restored theatre. I had well priced room with access to garden terrace.

We stayed in a spotless and contemporary room with comfy beds. The breakfast was great with proseco and the restaurant food was fantastic. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally pleasant, everything was perfect.

The room was very sumptuous with a nice bathroom. It was nice to find an electric kettle and glassware. The staff were wonderful the whole time.

The hotel was spectacular and the staff was courteous, it had amazing location to the playhouse where we seen Motown the musical. Booked wheelchair accessible room with balcony, comfortable bed plus 4 milks, which we really appreciated. Location: the property was just off monuments, tours and restaurants and the Christmas Market. We greatly enjoyed 1 night there.

Our deluxe queen room was sumptuous, with a comfy bed. It was in a very central setting to patio area.

The bathroom was comfortable and the room itself a nice size and well-equipped. The breakfast was exceptional and sensational, with a lot of food. The location was perfect and comfortable for me, in the Omni centre.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was lovely. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and fab - at a walking distance from Regent. Appreciated the area, it was very nice and just off restaurants and shops, and the centre.

I had a very comfortable stay. Huge units with the balcony, the garden plus a spa bath, and the staff were courteous.

My stay was such great here. Accommodation was exceptional and clean, rooms were elegant. The restaurant was magnificent for lunch or dinner, I tried hot dishes. Interior was convenient. The location was brilliant, 15 km to Edinburgh airport, perfectly reachable. It was located in a great area.

Actually the room was spotless with bedroom and a seating area outside plus the garden. The location was incredible for me. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Deep Sea to relax and grab some food.

A kind of excellent service. The clean room had all the necessary facilities, a mini fridge bar, air conditioning and a personal safe. The food was fabulous, I liked the full Scottish breakfast. The location was stunning, minutes from a restored theatre.
