Good value and safe hotel in a magnificent location. Modern and neat room with clean bathroom. A safe, central heating, and an iron available. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention free wifi!

The rooms are neat and newly remodelled with air conditioning, a sofa bed, and an iron. The bathroom is spotless.

There's bad smell in some areas.

Great food as for continental breakfast. Particularly good location for visiting pubs and eateries. Positioned in the relatively quiet area.

My king room was large. I thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast. It had perfect location next to the Airport and the center, the tram station and the railway station, and Princes Street, shopping and restaurants.

We all enjoyed modern and decent sized room with a comfortable bed, good breakfast, for instance. The staff were very attentive and efficient throughout 1 day of our stay.

A wide range of meals for breakfast, it was satisfactory. The rooms were newly renovated, especially those with a garden view, comfortable bed, as example.

The guest room was neat with filthy cut up curtains. The location was exceptionally nice, staff were hospitable.

The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was fab. The rooms of our place were nicely decorated and well furnished with a comfortable bed, everything was perfectly fine.

It was a safe and wonderful hotel in a relatively quiet area, short walk to the bus stop, the Airport and the center and transport links. New-fashioned and decent sized room for what we needed with a comfortable bed and nice big TV.

We didn't like that there was lift missing.

Liked the way my queen room was arranged with a 4 poster bed, a dressing table, for instance. The hotel had indeed a perfect location very close to Old Town. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

This hotel is wonderful, stunning location, very-very nice staff. And it's 15 km from Edinburgh airport. The breakfast was satisfactory, we greatly enjoyed lots of meals.

The location was marvellous and perfect because it was near to Princes Street, shopping and restaurants, tram and restaurant, pubs and even the train station. Plus, main attraction such as Royal Mile was 2 km from this hotel.

Also, the venue was placed 2 km from touristic place like a historic fortress. We enjoyed the view on garden.

It was surely a really nice stay in this great value for money hotel. Everything about this small venue was perfect. The location was stunning, just a short walk away from Escape. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Vietnamese dishes. The best part was the continental breakfast.

We had 2 nights in Edinburgh, spend our time here greatly.

One could dine at restaurants such as Veloce 15 minutes away. While staying in this hotel, you can visit royal mile, just 1 mile away. Morningside district was worth visiting.
