The location of the hotel was unbeatable and decent, to grassmarket. Further, it was really close to the Edinburgh Castle, bars, and tourist attractions. The room was comfy and warm in the master bedroom, and we slept very well:)))

The comfort apartment with a large queen sized bed, cooking facilities plus good heating. Incredible and easy location around 10-15 minutes walk from a historic fortress.

The location was brilliant and easy, right by markets, the castle and Tesco Express, in a local area. This was my 2nd stay, they offered comfort apartment in the master bedroom. All of the staff was polite and pleasant.

The accommodation was quiet with welcoming and courteous staff. I had comfort apartment that also was complete with the master bedroom and bedrooms becoming very hot indeed. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were a big plus. The service was absolutely excellent. By the way, I paid gbp 15 per day to park the car. I really enjoyed 3 nights there.

In overall, the place is comfortable, has efficient and welcoming staff on the reception desk. The location is incredible for everything I needed. The hotel is set in a pretty quiet area with views of street.

Stayed here with my family and everything was really good. The location was marvellous and decent, just a short walk away from a historic fortress. The property was set in a secure area. The room was spotless and huge with the sofa bed, 2 bathrooms plus refrigerator and safety measures included smoke detectors. The staff was attentive and efficient and the service was exceptional throughout my stay.

Everything was really good, outstandingly accommodating staff, handy location close enough to the centre and a supermarket and Starbucks. The food was great with plenty of options. The service was terrific during my stay. They offered me ironing free of charge too.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a super base for staying in Edinburgh.

we enjoyed this place. right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. furthermore, it had a private parking onsite.

A couch, a couch bed and a bed in the room, Amazing location. Very close to many tourist places and 10 mins on foot from princes street. The hotel was great, as expected. Located in 20 minutes' drive to the airport...
