Luxury and perfectly clean place with five star and very attentive staff with great service.

We had a just perfect time. The staff was dedicated, the breakfast was delicious, everything was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed location which was excellent and absolutely perfect, just off Stockbridge, which itself has several trendy bars and resturants, all castles and museums and buzzing suburb. Moreover, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from Royal Mile. We asked for deluxe queen room and it was stylish.

The staff is five star here, the services are very good, and location is unbeatable near Royal Botanical gardens, a hike and Royal Mile. It's top-notch with comfy beds and lovely views. Separate bathroom is marble-lined.

Had a very relaxing stay in our last visit, everything was high quality. The staff was superbly friendly all that time. The setting was magnificent, just next door to castle, the restaurant and bar and trendy Stockbridge.

The breakfast variety is light with avocado toast and poached eggs on sour dough toast and grapefruit juice, very good service. The staff are five star and dedicated, overall.

Our deluxe double room was equipped with a storage, Netflix, and an iron.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely go back. The place was perfectly clean with a modern design and really good staff.

This hotel was located in a central area next to trendy Stockbridge, and Royal Botanical gardens.

I was given an a decent size and silent room with with dressing table, a great shower and a fabulous bathroom.

The location was marvellous and lovely in the lovely area. And it was nestled near to a bus stop. Had the standard double room which was high-class with a tub. A well stocked mini bar, a Nespresso machine, and coffee were there too.

The room was new-fashioned and beautifully maintained, had smoke detectors for the safety. It included free tea, a storage, and a Nespresso machine, and the design itself was modern.

Liked my good stay at the very first ‘ welcome to the raeburn' those years ago on our first visit. The location of the hotel was central, not far from Stockbridge with lovely shops as well as cozy restaurant. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

It was as expected, had an incredible stay for 3 nights in a deluxe room at the side of the hotel which was surprisingly quiet. The location was central, just next door to great restaurants as well as the Royal Mile. Moreover, there was a lake within 5 mins walk from the property.

The area was bustling.

Sophisticated venue with magnificent location just off Stockbridge park, the touristy areas and the new Soccer stadium under construction and fantastic breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard double room, plus a well-stocked mini bar, a Nespresso machine, and coffee.

Every time in Edinburgh we stay in this hotel. Everything is perfectly clean and very good. The positives include magnificent and unbeatable location and parking on-site.

The room I got was fashionable and spotless with excellent facilities, a large double bed, for instance. I had delightful food for breakfast for a better value.

Top location up to the city centre or alternatively to the Botanics or galleries, efficient staff, everything was lovely. We spent 2 nights in standard king room with a fabulous shower, bedroom and free bottled water. Location: the hotel was just off Edinburgh, the many good cafes nearby. The downstairs bar was excellent, liked this place...

Could be great for shopping. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property. We went to Taisteal, located a few steps away from the hotel, to have some dinner.

Hotel's bar was busy. Room was excellent value for money. Also, it had parking on-site. We appreciated our stay here.
