It's comfortable place for visiting some must see attractions in Edinburgh. Welcoming and helpful staff as one would expect. The location is amazing, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from landscaped gardens.

This place was exactly what we had in mind, recommend. The location was wonderful, very close to Charlotte Square. The room was huge and airy in general, with wonderful big windows & great view. The staff were affable and amicable, gave us great tips.

Hearty breakfast with a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit was available. The location was brilliant, at a walking distance from a historic fortress. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a lovely area.

would come here again and would recommend it. the staff are outstanding as well as the host. the location is perfect and best possible, specially if you want to stay very close to bars and restaurants. it is set in a nice area.
