The stay was absolutely really comfortable. The personnel was good and the rooms were compact and nice styled.

The staff are amiable. The location is central, close enough to a quiet area with lots of homey touches, centre of town, and the castle, shops and restaurants.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

Appreciated our stay. The hotel itself was amazing and everything was great. The staff were helpful and amicable from arrival to departure. The location was marvellous and our room was en suite.

My room was nicely furnished and well-organised thanks to the amicable staff. My room included a coffeemaker and an iron. The decor was cosy and the bed was very comfy. My stay here was excellent.

It had marvellous and fantastic location really close to the Botanic gardens and Princess street/ The Royal Mile, a quiet area with lots of homey touches, and very comfortable beds, and the guesthouse-shops. Plus, our hotel was located 2 km from tourist attractions like an expansive park.

I had a nice stay at this traditional hotel. The staff was amiable and brilliant, the room was good sized. The location was particularly good and excellent close to Hay market and met needs well. Popped in Chinese Tea Bar for shots before sleep, it was not very far from the venue.

The room was very cosy, comfortable bed. There where facilities such as a hair dryer, a coffee machine, and an iron. The stuff were very amiable and always had a smile.

All of the staff was brilliant and amicable.

The location was particularly good, just next door to a quiet area. Also, we could explore Courtfield Gardens nearby.

There were an ironing set and a coffeemaker in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was marvellous and lovely, near to the citycentre.

The place has marvellous location on a quiet road about 20-25 minutes walk away from the old town. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Papilio Restaurant, situated within 10 minutes walk or so.

We booked an executive triple room, it was compact. The stuff was helpful and the owner too. The location was in an excellant spot for our trip. Besides, Royal Mile was 2 km away from the property.

It was just off bars/ restaurants, the main attractions, and the Botanic gardens, comfortable and perfect location overall. Spent our evenings in nearby Akva, especially when it was cold outside.

Besides, the location was lovely for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Royal Mile. The staff and the owner were all amiable.

Very amiable staff and absolutely amazing accommodation. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location for our visit to a long-standing tower at a short distance from the hotel. Found in the particularly good area just off the castle and old town, the city centre, and nice neighbourhood.

Brilliant and decent location for visiting bars and restaurants walk from the hotel. Easy access to Edinburgh airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

Overall I spent my time lovely. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met required needs.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Edinburgh. I liked this traditional hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The staff was amiable in all services. Its location was central, a minute walk from D b Amusements. The property was a great base for enjoying a fairly quiet area.

Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to restaurants and the center. West End district was worth staying in.

The location of the hotel was brilliant - within walking distance of Co-op Food. And the area was pretty quiet, near to Centre and train station, Edinburgh and the city center.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. Don't forget to explore West End district.

The breakfast could have been included.
