We liked this hotel. Everyone was amiable and the room was perfect.

The staff were all amicable and incredibly nice. It had nice and convenient location right by all the tourist spots and the whole city center.

The staff was courteous and friendly, as well as owner. My double room with separate private bathroom as well as a bath was clean and lovely.

The rooms were clean with separate private bathroom, you feel like home. Btw it included coffee/tea making equipment, free tea, and an iron.

The room was perfect and clean and equipped with separate private bathroom, a bath, for instance as described. Amicable staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was magnificent over a night club that ran until 5am, you may take train on Edinburgh Waverley train station within 10 minutes walk from here.

The time I spent there was lovely. Courteous and kind staff was available all the time. The setting was absolutely perfect, not far from the city center as well as tourist spots and train station. I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and loved it.

Had 4 days in Edinburgh, spending our time here lovely. The staffs were helpful & exceptionally nice. The location turned out to be perfect, near Scotland and central Edinburgh for £150/night on a Fringe bank holiday weekend. Again, it was a 10-15 minute walk from a national portrait gallery.

The units are cosy, lovely with separate private bathroom. The hotel's location is excellant and fantastic, really close to the Royal Mile, central Edinburgh for £150/night and main attractions. Old Town district deserves your time and attention.

Overall it was absolutely perfect and clean with separate private bathroom. Coffee, a hair dryer, and an iron were a nice touch. We walked everywhere, the location was comfortable, closely to the centre.

Spent our time here lovely. The hotel location was good close to main attractions. Popped in Makars Gourmet Mash Bar for shots before sleep, it was within walking distance of the venue. In general the staff were affable and incredibly nice.

We have stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. Booked a room with separate private bathroom. It had very central location close to Brewdog. The Irish bar was available on the premises.

The location was stunning, within walking distance of Co-op Food.

The room was cosy and it had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets, that's cool.
