Brand-new king room with views of garden. Really nice beds and great facilities.

Our location was stunning and incredible, near to a bus station. There were a shopping mall and a market around the hotel. The bedroom was fantastic and gorgeous.

We were in a particularly good location really close to Right on the bus route easy to go to the station, the up, and the mall and the Britannia ship.

The room was recently refurbished and with an ironing set, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk at your disposal, great view over the park.

The breakfast was plentiful at a much cheaper rate, and the food was great. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, kept everything clean and perfect. It was a great and lovely location for us, just next door to many restaurants, the center, and the up and coming Leith quay and shore area.

It has marvellous location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Saint Mary's Cathedral. Btw, it's set in the good area.

The beds were comfortable and the family room itself was neat and newly renovated. And it had a fantastic view of the park.

The total stay was decent on holidays. The king room was very pretty and exceptional with a toddler of 3 expectations. The breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, at a much cheaper rate and the staff was welcoming. As for me, the location was marvellous and brilliant, really close to all the shopping centres and portobello beach, the town centre and many bars and restaurants.

Good small and well-maintained hotel located in a quiet area really close to Leith for the office, and Leith and Portobello beach. Having a safe box, central heating, and an iron in our good sized and extremely pleasant room.

Amazing hotel, clean, incredibly nice staff and the beds were nice. Good location very close to transport and the lovely Port of Leith, quiet ambience. Again, not far from a public park. Freshly prepared and plentiful breakfast, lots of meals. Good service and a heated pool onsite.

The staff members were all very hospitable and amicable. The room was a decent size and newly decorated with a spacious bathroom, had essentials required.

The venue is stunningly beautiful, it offers incredible breakfast and has stunning location short walk to amazing restaurants close bye bus stops. Staff is welcoming and you can park your car on street. It offers perfect service. There's a fantastic bar at the hotel.

I stayed in good-sized and extremely pleasant room with the photographs advertised on the webside, king size bed, large shower as expected. The breakfast was fresh made and incredible with black pudding, a much cheaper rate, toast and had something for everyone. The pool was heated and the staff was outstandingly accommodating and friendly attentive.
