Peaceful location for visiting restaurants and bistros. Very good service within 15 km of the airport.

A little chilly room.

The room was newly decorated and reasonably large, and the bed was very comfy, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I ate at a good restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff.

Classic double room with nice view, had essentials required. That hotel was in an excellent and unbeatable location, to walk to the attractions.

Had 1 night in Edinburgh, spent our time here lovely. We ate in the excellent restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff which was reasonably priced. Plus it had a BEAUTIFUL view to the Holyrood park.

This place is in a peaceful and perfect location to eat at the bistro. The restaurant food is fab, and the breakfast offered is fantastic and marvellous with fresh fruit, fresh strawberries available and lovely views.

The rooms are large and airy with bathroom, excellent shower, as example and the staff are accommodating. It boasts good and absolutely perfect location and is minutes from a theatre and a palace. There's a bus station minutes from the hotel.

This is a great value hotel in a very cute building. Top-class and helpful staff as one would expect. The room is recently renovated with a comfy bed and incredible views. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the honesty bar. This is a property go-to for Edinburgh!

Our location was marvellous right in the center of Edinburgh. The rooms were huge and new-fashioned with a large comfortable bedroom kept by the fast staff.

That was quiet and absolutely fabulous hotel set in lovely area, not far from an Edinburgh university campus, and taxi waiting for wedding reception. The honesty bar was lovely and the staff were courteous.

The breakfast was outstanding and very very good and the parking was outside. The room was new-fashioned and huge, and with an outstanding view to the Holyrood park. The location was great, for example, a public research university was at a walking distance from the hotel. And the area was great, short walk to the conference centre, transport to central Edinburgh and the Salisbury Crags and Arthurs Seat.

It was clean, staff was attentive and amiable. My executive queen room had an electric kettle, an individual safe and central heating. The view was absolutely stunning to the Holyrood park. Newington district was worth exploring. I think the hotel was beautifully decorated and relaxing, will be back.

The best budget hotel I ever visited before. I loved immaculate room with nice shower gel, the bedroom, an iron, and accommodating staff. The location was marvellous as for me. Besides, the area was fairly nice, next to Priestfield Parish Church.

I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel had an incredible location a short walk to Prestonfield Golf Club. Besides, it was really close to Edinburgh and a bus stop.
