The location turned out to be good and ideal. There were tea and coffee making equipment, and a sofa set in the room, appreciated that.

The food was fab and we really enjoyed it. Very-very nice staff, answered all questions. The location was great, up to the Old City of Edinburgh, in the good area.

Everything was perfect, had a really lovely stay on our return visit.

Spent here 4 very nice days and would stay here again. Liked our stay in this charming small and quiet hotel with the excellent staff. The breakfast was gorgeous with 1 sausage; the location was IDEAL.

The stay here was fantastic on our return visit. The staff was welcoming and pleasant, the room was huge. All in all everything was great, but we had not very clean bathroom. The location was marvellous there, nice walk to the royal mile past lots of interesting shops etc.

Overall a comfortable stay on our return visit. Marvellous and perfect location right at Saint Peter's Church. Found in a really quiet area just next door to downtown, and refreshments nearby.

The staff are amicable, managed the parking on site.

Plenty of fab food at breakfast time. Neat & well-equipped rooms with big bathroom. Approximately 24 minutes' drive from airport.

Had a fantastic stay on our return visit, everything was great. It was a marvellous and unbeatable location for us, right by frequent buses and decent options.

The location was decent, convenient to city center, and the bed comfy.

Charming old and huge units with the bedroom, the garden, for instance, and the staff were superfriendly.

Clean hotel in a very quiet area. Neat, nicely decorated room with big bathroom, and incredibly nice stuff. Great location for visiting pubs and a stadium. Walking distance to a market and interesting independent shops across the street. Great and fabulous food, good service.

We spend 4 nights in Edinburgh lovely. We had a spacious bedroom. The breakfast looked lovely with plenty of options. Earthy Foods & Goods was around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel, liked its location handy to public transport.

The unit we got was charming old and huge with a lovely big window view, a very comfortable bed, new towels toilet paper.

The location was marvellous for Edinburgh, just off public transport, the castle and shopping and pubs with live music lots going on. I was offered a lovely breakfast with 1 sausage.

My stay was real good here. Everything here was perfect and my room was huge. I really enjoyed the pleasant location in the fairly quiet area. I had some drinks at Tony's Fish Bar, positioned 200 metres away.

The beds were extremely comfy, the room was neat and huge with big bathroom.

The room seemed rather small, and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The location seemed marvellous and pleasant live next to City Center. Besides, it was short walk to the centre, restaraunts and Edinburgh.

The breakfasts with 1 sausage. Reasonable location close to main attractions, easy to get anywhere. Again, not far from Pickering's Gin Distillery.

Nice place to stay in Edinburgh, if compared to other hotels. The whole place was clean and the staff were pleasant and kind. Even though the bed was very bad, it was such great stay. We really enjoyed the Turkish cuisine in the restaurant.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

It deserves its 3 stars. The beds here were comfortable. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to tony's fish bar with nice drinks.
