Spotless, small hotel with very very helpful staff. Central location, best base for discovering Edinburgh. Located near a zoo and restaurants. Near a bus stop for easy access.

The room was comfortable modern and fabulous with a large bed and the staff really friendly. Everywhere there was spotless.

The whole experience was very nice. The staff were amicable, provided welcoming services. The double room was good little and newly remodelled with a large bed, so that guests had essentials. Food was excellent and their restaurant was good.

This is a hotel go-to for Edinburgh! The venue is gorgeous and quaint with knowledgeable staff. As for me, the location is marvellous, to what seems like a lovely pub. It is just a walking distance from St Johns Curry Club, where you can eat something.

Everything was fantastic, flexible staff made our stay perfect 10/10. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was nicely decorated, and it had an iron with ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and TV that were useful. The service provided there was great.

The units were nicely decorated like in the pictures. The breakfast with toasted bloomer bread is great for what is offered.

The room was well decorated and comfortable modern, the location was fab central. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Glebe Road bus stop. The staff was helpful, excellent friendly, and everything was fine.

For a 4 star hotel everything was good, I loved to be here. The food was DELIGHTFUL, with lots of options. The venue had a central location in Town. Besides, it was really close to the centre and the restaurant.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Edinburgh, really loved it. Our room cost was £ 87. Worth its 4 stars.
