We appreciated the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept.

Particularly good and unbeatable location, it was in front of a bus station. There was cafe Beetroot Sauvage, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Quadruple room with diy bathroom. Smart design. Stunning, particularly good location adjacent to local restaurants, Edinburgh's old town, and bus stops.

I had brand-new and neat room with a full bed and kettle plus the private bathroom.

My bed was not particularly comfortable.

Extremely helpful staff, very good stay. Functional, beautifully decorated unit with shower and bathroom plus comfy bed. Incredibly comfortable and stunning location not very far from Craigmillar Park Church. Found in the very very nice area.

The hotel's position was good and perfect, near Edinburgh's old town where you could simply walk to. Seafood restaurant The Pacific Fish Bar was located 5 minutes walk away.

We didn't like that there was lift missing.

Clean hotel in a traditional building near shopping centre, the center of Edinburgh and public transport. Central location close to bus stop. Nearby The Old Bell Inn - great place to chill out. Overall WONDERFUL stay during our visit.

Everything is fairly clean and great. The place provides affordable prices, had a decent stay during our visit. The staff is very kind, as well as host. It has marvellous location a walking distance from Earthy Foods & Goods.

I had the quadruple room which was reasonably large and functional. The bathroom was nice with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

A decent size, bright room provided with the private bathroom. Perfect and nice position in the very nice area, right by Scotland👍👍

The staff ensures you have a comfortable time, they are accommodating. The units were neat and huge on the top level.

Comforts of good sized double room with diy bathroom were fabulous. It was about 25 km from the airport.

Fairly clean and the staff was very kind. My room was gorgeous & attractive with a good cupboard, kettle, a full bed. Everything was great, I thoroughly enjoyed that. Magnificent central location near to South bridge and royal milr, and city centre and motorway. There was Jade Palace nearby to grab something to eat.

The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, 3 km from a public research university. The fact that it's located near a bus stop is a big plus.

Well decorated and decent size rooms, just what was needed. A walk-in shower was clean and everything was great.

Central location was a plus. I had quick bite at Jade Palace, it was nearby.

Everything was great, the wifi was good. We had the double room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Besides, we parked the car on site.

The rooms were perfect and attractive, the staff was competent. The decor was smart, the beds were comfortable.

would consider staying here again if in edinburgh. check-in was efficient, staff was competent. we thoroughly enjoyed an iron and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels in the room.

Accommodating staff and really delicious breakfast. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like The Stables, set within 5 minutes walk or so. The bed was comfy, we greatly enjoyed it.
