Well-appointed and excellent quality room and Netflix, a phone, and an iron inside. Clean open bathroom. Incredible and stunning location, very close to city centre. Also - close enough to local restaurants, Edinburgh Castle and other attractions, and Haymarket train station.

Magnificent and perfect location just next door to public transport to city centre, local bars and restaurants, and a tram line making getting around effortless, bars and cafés where minute walk from the hotel. Besides, it was set a minute walk from St George's Hall Liverpool. The continental breakfast had lots of food.

Beautifuly designed property with well-trained staff and optimal location in a metered area. Very good service, brand-new double room with the jacuzzi bath, large bed plus an amazing touch.

The twin room is new-fashioned and high quality. It has particularly good location to Grassmarket, in a very quiet area.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was pleasant and fairly clean, had good views, stunning location close to Trams. We booked an immaculate double room with a gorgeous continental breakfast.

Walking distance to a tram station, the location was perfectly comfortable and marvellous, to the tram to the airport. I randomly popped in Patisserie Maxime serving some pastries, located at a walking distance from the hotel, it was nice.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a local area, really close to the Train Station as well as the city centre and main attractions. The bedroom was huge and soundproof. The bed was very comfy and the balcony had lovely views on the hills. The location was marvellous and fab - ease of access to St George's Hall Liverpool.

There were coffee and an iron in my double room, loved it. A jacuzzi in the open bathroom was a plus.

Every visit to Edinburgh we like to stay here. Lively and fairly clean place to stay in, it has top-class staff that are next on shift. The location is minute walk from a bus station, magnificent and perfect.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed and beautifully decorated with the jacuzzi bath, a shower plus super cosy bed. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, to Grassmarket. I found Ryan's Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Excellent location in Edinburgh very close to Princes Street and George's Street as well as local bars. Also, very close to city centre.

The room was well-appointed and brand-new and the view of castle was magnificent! The bed was comfortable and there were a TV set and an iron. Extremely helpful staff, helped me a lot. This accommodation had a central setting by good restaurants.

The location is great, at a medium distance from a national art gallery.

The rooms were top-notch and brand-new, with spa bath. The hotel was set in a central area close enough to city centre, the Haymarket train station and bus stop, and bars and restaurants. The staff were very professional during our whole stay.

The units are updated, big size with lovely bathroom, a twin bed, as example. The breakfast is hot at 7.15am, has well presented food.

Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this low cost hotel. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was decent. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a multi-channel television inside the room. There was a stunning restaurant and accommodating staff. The view was exceptionally good, the service was excellent.

The location was quiet for walking around Edinburgh Gin Distillery. The staff was attentive in any situation. We booked the double room that was high quality.

We all had a really nice stay in this quiet and comfy hotel. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was welcoming and attentive during all this time. It included an exceptionally comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The venue was in a prime location, close to everything. Moreover, it's close enough to a hill, main attractions, the restaurant.

The central location and attentive staff were the highlight of this brilliant stay. I had coffee at Zest & Co, located within 5 minutes walk. Very clean beds, a safe, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card were a nice touch.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was fab just off Edinburgh, Edinburgh Castle, and city centre. Lots of food for breakfast, which was decent to satisfy everyone. The rooms were neat and airy, especially those with jacuzzi bath, a drink, for instance.

Many things to mention - everything was reasonably clean, well presented food, exceptionally good views. Attentive staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Parliament House. We found it in a quiet area very close to a good quiet area, restaurants and shopping, and Edinburgh. The stay was very enjoyable, recommend.
