The standard queen room was newly remodelled and airy. The location was perfect and nice and beds were very clean. Everything met expectation, I will come back.

The place was perfectly clean with private parking and a very clean bed. Caring staff with the day shift duty manager, well-equipped and beautifully decorated room.

Impressive, clean, reasonably spacious hotel, the location is great and beautiful to the sea near Leith. It has genuinely nice and courteous employees.

Everything is excellent here, had a real good stay for One night. The standard double room is luxurious and has an individual safe, air conditioner, and an iron. The hotel is in the very central location outside in marked bays. There are some restaurants in this area like Owl & Deer within 10 minutes' walk.

The units are compact, large with such a great view, high ceiling and shower.

The breakfast was nice hot with several items to order too and all the food was fine. This was a perfect and handy location not far from the theatre, the centre of Edinburgh, and the mini bars.

The location couldn't be more good and perfect in a very quiet area.

This place deserves more than 4 stars, it has brand-new rooms and serves good hot breakfast. Delicious dishes can be found in the gourmet restaurant.

It is an impressive hotel and I loved its luxurious rooms and enthusiastic personnel. The property's location is marvellous and beautiful, so close to theatre and shops, Carlton hill and train station. There's cool Cafe Noir a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, make desserts etc.

In overall, the place is impressive, has genuinely nice and courteous staff that went the extra mile with excellent service. The location is great and beautiful, short walk to Edinburgh playhouse, a bus stop and City centre and rail links.

The weather was lovely, had very enjoyable short stay on s business trip. They gave us newly decorated premium king room with a nice view of back garden.

Location - magnificent just next door to theatre and shops, good restaurants and nightlife. Airy rooms with a luxurious decor, comfortable beds with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

It was a wonderful old hotel in a nice quiet area, close enough to bars, theatres & restaurants, and the cinemas and the Playhouse Theatre. An electric kettle, an air conditioning, and an individual safe were available in our standard twin room.
