We had the superior double room and it was well-organised with a great view of carlton hill. Close to the train station, the location was good. There was a very clean restaurant not very far from the hotel.

The venue is pleasant, with reasonably priced food and stunning location right on the main road in walking distance of all the sights. The staff are really kind and amazingly great and offer concierge service, wake up service, and local calls free of charge. The room is huge and neat with lovely views, everything is excellent.

Quiet and really handy location in the very nice area, near train station, Old Town and Princess Street, good bars and restaurants nearby, and the centre and all amenities close by.

Booked it for 2 days and had a nice experience. The rooms were airy, spacious, came with a big bathroom, an American king sized bed, as example. We had an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

It was an ideal base for a city break, had wonderful time. The provided service was friendly. Didn't expect to get concierge service for nothing, you guys rock. The hotel was brilliant and in a very central location near to a major shopping center, the top sights of Edninburgh and trains and attractions. We saw a national art gallery, that's not too far away from the venue.

Every time we stay in Edinburgh, like to stay here. This recently refurbished, immaculately clean property has outstanding continental breakfasts and competent staff. It boasts convenient super central location and well-equipped and great value room. It includes very clean restaurant and relaxing bar.

I had the superior king room which was extremely pleasant and air-conditioned. It was in a particularly good location, close to the train station. Thanks to a very good service I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

That was what I call right place for a city break. Everything was excellent, including unobtrusive and extremely great staff from Alan the manager. I was upgraded to well cleaned single room with a view. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a plus.

The staff is nice here, the services are friendly, and location is stunning near transport links, all the main attractions of Edinburgh, and the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle as well as the shopping areas around princes street. The room is spacious and fashionable, comes with an extremely large, a lovely big bath, for example.

The place was recently renovated and first-rate and the staff were well-trained, the location was convenient in new area of Edinburgh. The pool was clean and I had bottled drinks in the coffee bar. They offered concierge service for free, that's pretty good.

Plus, the location is unbeatable and fab, minutes from Calton Hill. It's in the great area which is another bonus. I have stayed in the superior double room with a decent view. Nice touch to have an electric kettle, climate control and an iron.

Had a very good stay for my business trip, would recomand this place. Everything was perfect, thoughtful staff, stunning location so close to Edinburgh, the restaurant and food cooked on order. They gave me queen suite with luxurious bathroom, a really nice touch and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the location to at James quarter shopping centre.

Our rooms were immaculate and neat here with a beautiful view, seperate shower, bath. Its location was very central, very close to The Edinburgh Dungeon. The hotel was set in a quiet area. The restaurant was GOOD and reasonably priced, for breakfast.

I asked for suite and it was immaculate. The hotel had a central setting right in the centre.

Everything here was good, staff and location were ideal. The location was wonderful to at James quarter shopping centre, you may take train on Edinburgh Waverley train station within 5 minutes walk from here. The staff were pleasant and accommodating!
